This spot was amazing! Having a pool and the beach a few steps away was beyond breathtaking. Alex was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me get to the Airbnb. Will definitely recommend!
Best vacation ever! Having our own pool with the beach right out front as well... Hosts were very helpful and responsive, home was as described and more! My family and I had a great bonding experience and will be back one day I hope!
The hosts were responsive, house was as described. Our group of 6 were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved having the private pool and the beach access. It was nice to know the place was secure, the bus stop is right out front. Would recommend this place for sure!
Beautiful place and location but it is too expensive for what it offers. The hot water is very slow and we had to keep resetting the hot water tank which leaked. Multiple sinks had leaks too. The air con is good in the kitchen and bedrooms only. Emilio was very helpful and gave good recommendations for food but unfortunately the place was overpriced. The address is actually quite far away from the advertised pin which affected some of our prior planning
LOCATION IS PERFECT! Directly on the beach and having the outside area and pool are a huge bonus. There are a few downsides- the kitchen has only a stove top for cooking, there is no oven. There were also a lot of bugs that were in the kitchen due to some leaks as well as it not being fully closed. Blankets are not provided which seems like a silly thing but when the AC is on it gets chilly. Also if you're traveling with multiple families, there is one HUGE ocean view suite, and then two small rooms with twin beds and no view. Overall great experience but would have liked to read a review with these types of things prior to my stay as it would have changed up some of the things i brought and prepared me for the camping kitchen.

Super house with direct access to the beach and a great pool. Alex and his son are very helpful and give great tips what to do in Cancun.
The house was a great location with a beautiful view and location in hotel zone to get anywhere in Cancun. The AC in the rooms were nice for warm weather. The main living space doesn’t have AC but the large slider doors made up for that. Overall, a wonderful stay and would come back again. Alex and Emilio were super helpful and responsive for suggestions on places to go and to get access to things.
The yard on this rental is FANTASTIC! Beach access, clean and beautiful pool, large patio, plenty of seating. The house is very spacious and for 6 guests we had more than enough indoor seating, beds, bathrooms, etc. The host is very attentive and responsive to messages. I will absolutely book hear the next time our group goes to Cancun. The ONLY thing to be aware of is the music in the afternoons from the hotel next door (quiet in the morning and evening).
