The house made our stay with friends even more perfect. The view, the pool, the facilities in the house and the proximity to the house with 5th Avenue ensure that we enjoy every moment. We'll be back in the morning!

Excellent location within a private neighborhood meters from the beach. The house is very comfortable and safe with 4 bathrooms and beds to spare. Joseph is very attentive and friendly.

Spacious traditional home, large main bedrooms, large common areas outside and inside - was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Excellent location 30m from the beach. Catch the sunrise in the am - wonderful view! Fast response and friendly local manager - maid service was appreciated Was great for our family getaway!

We had a fantastic group stay at Joe's place. The villa looks much better than in the photos, the pool is a dream (the view, the fact that it has a nice sitting area, and because the private roads are super calm), the beach and the view of it are great, the the terrace is delightful, there are plenty of sleeping opportunities, and we felt well supported.

The location is perfection! Steps to the beach, short walk to 5th Ave or taxi’s. Playacar is gorgeous!! We were greeted by Carlos and checked in on by the housekeeper during our stay. The house is very big with plenty of room. The breeze from the beach is a huge bonus! The beds were too firm for most of us but would not keep us from another visit. So grateful we found this house, as it was the first step we made towards falling in love with PDC!

Perfect is the word I would use to s describe this Airbnb The location was so close to 5th Ave but even closer to the bright blue ocean than the photos showed. we were speechless to the view from the home! The home has 4 stunning bathrooms and so much space for our family of 6. There were beach chairs and coolers at the airbnb you could use at the beach. We are just grateful we were able to spend 6 days here.

The location of Casa Jose couldn’t be more perfect. Steps away from the beach and a quick walk to downtown where you will find all you need and more. The pool was a major plus with the hot weather we were able to take a dip before embarking on adventures for the day and ended everyday with a nice long swim to cool off. The house is nice and big with plenty of room for the five of us. The house keeper came to replenish toiletries which was awesome. Communication was great!

Great house, lots of space (bigger than I was expecting based on the pictures). Very clean too. Host was very responsive (typically answered my message in 5 minutes), very helpful. I was a bit worried the swimming pool would be too small, but it was large enough for 3-4 people, my kids loved it. If you are looking for something very modern, it may not be for you, but it's a large and charming house (large living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms) and everything works fine. Internet was fast and stable. Great location, 30 seconds walk to the beach; you can watch the ocean from the swimming pool area or balcony. Very safe area, few people in the streets so the swimming pool area being visible from the street was really not an issue at all. So great value overall, I would definitely come back.

My family and I really enjoy Joe and Laura's home. Being so close to the beach is amazing, the neighborhood is beautiful and save, it has pretty, small ruins you can visit at night for the best pictures you'll ever have. 5th Av., malls and stores are really close, you can walk if you don't mind the sun and you'll have no better price-location place. Clean home, comfortable beds and pillows, nice pool if you can swim, if you can't there's a little space where you can be safe... I can go over and over, we had a really great time.
