Very happy with our stay at Cassio’s place. Nothing to regret, the host is super on top of everything and proactive. The house is exactly as described and matching the pictures. Fully recommended!

Excellent location and service

I would like to highlight Irina's kindness in responding to all our questions quickly and positively. He was flexible with the check-in and check-out times because the reservations allowed it. The villa is nicely furnished. The kitchen and utensils are very complete.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very big with lots of space indoors and outdoors to relax. The pool is a 2 min walk away. Lots of nice beaches within 20 minutes. Irina was extremely helpful and responded almost immediately to our many questions. We would return!

Irina and Cassio were great hosts and very accommodating! Super helpful and lots of great recommendations, especially for golf cart rentals. They were very responsive to messages and any requests. The house was beautiful and felt extremely clean. Overall, it was perfect and had everything we needed. Super relaxing get-away that I would return to!

Excellent accommodation, 10 minutes walk from Playa Mansita, which is spectacular; 5 minutes by car from the Beach Club, for $5 per person you can spend the day, with restaurant and bar. Special for going with the family or doing sports (running or biking).

As a family of 4, the home was absolutely perfect! Such a beautiful and warm home with everything you need, even a bicycle was available. The grounds are pristine, the pool and well-equipped gym were right across the parking lot (free), the tennis and pickleball courts were easy to find with the map included in the owners booklet (fee for play), we saw monkeys right outside the villa and tons along the road to the surf beach, the waves just outside of the beach club (a short walk or drive away) were the most amazing the boys have surfed (some said even better than Hawaii). The resort is super safe and all of the staff were amazingly professional and friendly. Our co-host Irina was most communicative, extremely responsive and kind. We will definitely return to this place when the opportunity arises again.

The place was according we expected and Haciendo Pinilla is a nice place to relax and enjoy a good time with the family. Pictures are well-matching with the place!!!😊

The villa was lovely and came with everything to make the stay easy — from beach chairs and beach towels to a fully stocked kitchen. It was easy to come and go, the walk to the Marriott was quick and easy, the pool was right outside, and the porch hammock was a perfect touch. Irina was very responsive and gave helpful suggestions.

An exceptional place, a beautiful and spacious house, equipped with everything you need to cook and fully enjoy the pool as well as the beach. It is undoubtedly one of the best places we have stayed during our travels in Costa Rica. The atmosphere is peaceful, safe and access is easy.
