Very very nice place super super clean. Ac blows snow. Super close to everything you need. We had a blast here and would highly recommend

Wonderful, clean, and modern apartment in the heart of downtown! Very walkable and great parking. The rooftop pool was the best part of the whole trip! Just be advised that while it is oceanfront, it should not be referred to as beachfront. There is no sand, and you cannot swim in the water as it acts as a port for sailboats and the water is very murky.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kaitlin's place. Pros: Great View Great Private pool and BBQ at the place Great overall place, spacious, clean, and quiet. Great Location, easy to walk to Fifth Street, where all the nightlife is. Great FREE parking if you have a rental Cons: Nothing negative from Kaitling's RBNB, the place was great, and I will stay again. But just an FYI, be aware that you could encounter Sargaso at the beach and might ruin your beach moment, as it did for us, but that is nature and unavoidable, not the RBNB's fault. :)

Beautiful apartment, good location by the sea and close to the main boulevard

Kaitlin’s place was fantastic. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The apartment was a 4 minute walk from the town’s center. The beach was not swimmable because of the seaweed & the smell was pretty strong, but the pier is not far and we were able to catch a ferry to Cozumel for the day.

It was a very clean house, walkable to everything! The rooftop private pool is a nice addition when you want a day where you don't have to walk far to enjoy the sun.

Flawless, extremely clean apartment in a central location. I would gladly come back.

Kaitlin was a great host. The Airbnb is in a nice location and the pool was a fantastic touch.

Very luxurious penthouse, spacious, comfortable and very well located. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and the overall experience was excellent. The terrace is beautiful, and the place is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the vacation. The accommodation was generally very clean and well appointed. Some small maintenance details could be improved to further optimize the guest experience, but nothing that significantly affected our stay. A small practical suggestion: adding a basket for dirty towels would be a nice addition for guests. We would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was great and the private pool was amazing too.

It is a nice place to stay with the family, great location very close to restaurants and to the 5th Avenue. For sure we will stay here again next time we visit Playa del Carmen!

We had an amazing time in Playa. This was a perfect location for us to walk to all the nearby activities, restaurants, cafes and shops. Even though it is in the heart of things, being a couple streets over on the beach makes a world of difference. The place was clean and beautiful as advertised and perfect for us and our two teens. The penthouse pool and kitchenette were a great bonus. Kaitlin was rapidly responsive to any questions we had. Would stay here again and again.

This apartment was fantastic. Just as described, had everything you could need for your stay included, and was in a great location to get to everything in Playa del Carmen. Kaitlin was immediately responsive to all questions. The apartment complex was secure and had a guard on duty downstairs every night. We felt right at home!

Unit is really nice. Using the electric stovetop took some getting used to. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials- pans & cups of various sizes, plastic cups for by the pool, oil, sugar, salt/pepper, etc. We found the location to be very walkable (walked to Walmart, the ferry, 5th Ave, etc). Kaitlin was very helpful and responded quickly.
