The home is owned by hotel owners and the quality of the home and finishes felt like a luxury hotel stay. The beds, linens and towels were very clean and high quality. The house was nicer than the photos. The location in La fortuna was great with many places to eat a short walk away. The restaurant recommendations were very good. The hot tub and small pool were great after a long day and the roof deck was also very nice with great views of arenal and the town. As others have noted the yard does not have much privacy from the adjacent home. It did not bother us; but, worth noting if that is a concern to you. We used the hotel concierge to book excursions and they were all great! Communication with the hotel was sometimes a little slow. But ultimately they helped us to plan a great vacation! We loved La Fortuna and hope to return soon!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful luxury home in La Fortuna. The house is spacious, modern and immaculately presented, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent - close enough to restaurants, coffee shop. One of the highlights was having access to Tifakara Lodge and the exciting free night frog tour! The young guide was amazing! It was then a treat relaxing back at the house after a day of exploring. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy time together. Denise was friendly and responsive, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great quick stay. The house had everything. Easy walking access to much of downtown La Fortuna eateries, and most of the key sites / activities are within 10-15 minutes. Its a very large place with plenty of living space and comfortable beds for me and three older teens. The view from the 3rd floor balcony is incredible (the pictures don't do it justice!). Access to the Tifakara properties and the night walk is an added bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Spotless home. Well stocked kitchen. Big, thick bath towels. Everything inside was very, very nice!

We had a great stay here this week. The house was beautiful and walkable to downtown La fortuna which was exactly what we wanted. The property is gated which made us feel better as it does feel a little remote even though it’s two streets in from the main road. Great house and responsive host.

We had a great stay at the White House. House was as described and clean. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The second day the power had gone out to the hot tub and I messaged Denise and within an hour someone was at the house to turn it back on and service it so the host is very responsive. Home is located in the heart of the city and you can walk to any restaurant in town easily along with grocery stores. You’re 20 to 30 minute drive from any attraction in La Fortuna.. Would definitely stay there again.

A very comfortable house, centrally located, with very good restaurants nearby. You should definitely plan to use the Jacuzzi, which is excellent, and the terrace with a view of the volcano. It's a very good option, and I think the price is very reasonable.

This place was almost perfect for our group of 6. We spent four nights here and wish we had spent one more. The White House was extremely well-prepared for our stay, including a lovely welcome gift and being very clean. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace. You could tell the property was managed by a top tier hotel; would recommend as good home base in the La Fortuna area that’s also walkable to restaurants and stores.

We had a lovely time at the White House. It was a great size for our family of 6 and very conveniently located in La Fortuna within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The amenities/facilites provided were of an excellent standard and the property was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful house. Right in the heart of La Fortuna. Can hear some city noise and cars passing. Good space. Nice kitchen. Close to so many restaurants and activities. The upper porch area is fantastic with amazing volcano views!
