We had an amazing stay at this location! Ana Gabriela was an incredible host and extremely responsive. The house is very spacious and is located in a nice community. We had some small trouble with our beach club access one a day and Ana (our host) took care of it instantly. We did not want our rating to reflect this situation because Ana handled it perfectly and clear communicated with all parties to resolve the issue. The beach is very beautiful, the first time I’ve ever seen black sand in my life! It is not very safe to swim at this beach unless you are a very good surfer or swimmer due to the riptides. Overall, we had a great stay at this AirBnB and would highly recommend it to other couples or families looking for a quiet and lovely getaway.

Nice place; the condo is very beautiful, modern, and has all the amenities. It is a very peaceful and safe place. And you can see lots of limpets; we loved it. De sure we'll go back

I live in the southern zone of Costa Rica this was a perfect spot to stop in transit on the way to San Jose, clean, safe, private, great surf out front

Ana's home was great! It had everything we needed. 3 minute walk to the pool / beach. Peaceful surroundings, great neighbors and we felt very safe. Everyone in the community was extremely nice. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay overall. The host was very responsive the few times we had questions or issues. We stayed for a full month, so it began to feel like home very quickly. The pots/pans were in rough shape when we showed up and the host replaced the entire set the next day - very impressed. Positives - it's comfortable, spacious, safe, and super close to the beach/pool (2 minute walk). There's an outdoor shower in the driveway and the backyard, which is perfect for coming home sandy or showering before/after a pool dip. The backyard pool is perfect for quick swims with little ones or for a mid-day cool off. The house is well equipped and everything works great. Everyone we met in the neighborhood was super friendly and there for the right reasons. Downsides - no oven in the house which is a minor inconvenience for a month, and there's no access to washer/dryer despite having one at the house in a locked room. Could use a dish drying rack as well.

Gabriela was a great host; in fact, we forgot something at the house, and Gabriela did everything necessary to send it to the city. The place is incredible, located in a very safe condominium and just steps from the beach. The house is spacious, with everything you need, and the pool is a bonus. I highly recommend the place, and we definitely want to come back!

The house is super comfortable, the location is perfect, the private pool and beach club are all super good, the only thing I would add is that the internet is not stable but other than that everything is fine.

The house is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and it was very well furnished. The condominium's Beach Club is very well kept and clean. I recommend the place.
