Overall, OK. The place looks a bit run-down; the chair upholstery is worn, and the sofa was uncomfortable.

Fabiola is a very nice and attentive host. I had the place alone, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning good, and the amenities of the place are ok. The apartment also has a locked porch for sitting. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. I would definitely book again.

Fabiola helped me a lot with everything and was always easily accessible. Bus connections very good, to the city 15 min. Beach very close but during the week not recommended is stolen there. No restaurants that can be reached on foot, so there is a problem in every evening. Supermarket and bakery at 100m.

House in an alley 10/15 minutes from the beach. Quite secure neighborhood. Clean set, air conditioning in one of the two bedrooms, the rest of the house is super hot. Hosted by the host's mother, rudimentary communication. The big problem is that the nearest beaches are empty and not recommended for insecurity. Overall a little expensive.

Very well located apartment near two supermarkets of a bakery and a fruit shop. Located 500 meters from the beach. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. Fabiola is a great host. She answers our questions quickly. She is very responsive. She even brought us a beautiful fresh fruit tray for Christmas. We very much enjoyed our stay at Fabiola's.

It's a clean, comfortable house. With limitations set by the host, as the cost charged for the stay does not deserve it. It's far from the beach. It has the proximity of a bakery and other amenities. If you like coffee

Muchas gracias por su visita. La playa esta a 400 metros como dice en el mapa de ubicación en la página. El coffee maker estaba en la gaveta de arriba del mueble. Y recuerda que ahora el precio incluye el impuesto que se paga al gobierno.
