Fantastic stay. The host was incredibly responsive, the location is perfect, and the setup is ideal for two families with two kitchens and plenty of outdoor space. Would definitely stay again.

The host and co-hosts were very helpful and responsive leading up to my stay with 8 guests. However, we encountered several cleanliness issues. The showers had water stains, soap residue, and spider webs, leading us to believe they were not cleaned thoroughly. Walls, mirrors, and refrigerators were dirty. We found hair balls on floors upon arrival and roaches. When respectfully bringing this to the hosts’ attention with pictures, we were told that it would be best for our group to leave and find somewhere else to stay by the end of the day. When I made them aware that it would not be possible logistically, they sent the cleaning team to address our concerns, something that should have been done first instead of indirectly kicking us out. There was also minimal (and cold) water during our stay, which we were only informed of upon arrival even though we were informed this has been an ongoing issue. Amongst many other issues, the home looks nice aesthetically but is poorly maintained.

From the moment of your arrival, we clearly informed you that the area is currently experiencing a severe regional drought, something completely outside of our control. We also explained that the home is equipped with a water storage system designed to handle these situations. This is a known condition in the area and not something exclusive to this property. Regarding cleanliness, as soon as you shared your concerns, we responded immediately, apologized, and arranged for our cleaning team to return and address everything promptly. At no point did we ask you to leave. As shown in our message, we offered you a full refund for the remaining nights so you could relocate to a place that better met your expectations, prioritizing your comfort and satisfaction. It is also important to note that we consistently receive excellent reviews from our guests, which reflects the overall quality of the home and our service.

I loved how kind, quick, and responsive the host was. A couple things to note: 1- The place wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be. Clean but there were clear markings on the walls/doors from previous stayers 2- There ended up being a colony of ants in the sugar so I left it outside. Again, really not a big deal since once the sugar was removed the ants left 3- I wish there had been a mention that the AC was only in the bedrooms. It ended up being totally fine just a little unexpected 4- The house is in a gated community and I didn’t realize we would need to talk to a security guard beforehand. It really wasn’t that big of a deal, just wish it had been in the instructions Overall it really was a great stay!! The house truly is beautiful and in a great location

The house is beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. It has two very comfortable floors and the private pool was perfect for relaxing during our stay. Everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. Communication with the host was easy and fast, and we really felt that the place met our expectations. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100%.

I rented this property for my birthday trip & it was nothing short of amazing. The house was beautiful, clean, & comfortable. I would give this property 1000 stars if I could!

Cameron’s place was great. Great Airbnb, very secure, and safe. Near a lot of different spots to eat as well as near the infamous strip of Jaco. I was able to enjoy my birthday with a couple of friends, all while still feeling safe.

Cameron’s place was amazing and he was extremely responsive. We really enjoyed the pool area and the proximity to town. Also, there is an amazing cafe within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Quiet, private place with clean facilities and good service from Oscar and Val to our inquiries or questions about the area. Chef Raquel's recommendation was great, excellent service and delicious food.

I didn’t realize the main part of the house wasn’t air conditioned but we adjusted but having the open air concept we had lots of ants in the kitchen. That would be my only issue otherwise we loved it!!!
