Brigitte Et David

We had a wonderful stay at Brigitte and David’s place. They were wonderful hosts and helped with recommendations and any issues we had promptly. I would strongly recommend a 4x4 SUV as the roads can be steep and unpaved but the view from the house made it all worth it. We had a wonderful time in plays Potrero and highly recommend Brigitte and David’s home.

We had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful and the view is spectacular! It's a perfect location for families. Our kids were with us and it was comfortable, with plenty of room and an amazing porch to sit and enjoy the view in the morning as well as the incredible sunsets. The infinity pool was a perfect way to end our day after plenty of activities near by. David and Brigitte were so helpful and considerate. This is a must stay if you're headed to Costa Rica for your vacation! You will love it!

The location is very peaceful with an outstanding view of the ocean and surrounding areas. Brigitte and David were always responsive and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. The pool is large and can be used to swim laps. The AC in the bedrooms and the kitchen made the stay comfortable when we used those rooms. The kitchen is also well stocked with everything you need to have an extended stay.

This is a beautiful spot in Potrero. Very private, plenty of space and an amazingly peaceful natural surroundings. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Like other reviews have noted, definitely best to have a 4WD vehicle depending on season, but that’s also just a general recommendation for Costa Rica in general. Close enough to be in the heart of Potrero in a few minutes, but up high enough to have. A phenomenal view and quiet.

It was perfect, everything was very clean and beautiful. The view is absolutely beautiful. On top of all that, Brigitte and David helped us book our apnea business nearby. The two hosts were very friendly In short, a very pleasant stay.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Absolutely beautiful place with amazing views of the ocean. Big beautiful pool. Hard to beat swimming in the pool at sunset while the howler monkeys were squawking away. Feels extremely private and remote yet a short drive to Potrero or any number of other costal towns/beaches. The house was amazing and well stocked. Bridgette was fantastic to deal with and was very responsive to any questions/communications. The only downside (to no fault of Bridgette or the house) was the construction going on next door. The workers showed up around 7am. Even then it wasn’t horribly loud. We just made sure we were up at 5:20am to catch the sunrise and enjoy our coffee in the morning quiet. But if that is a deal breaker for you, I would check with Bridgette on the status of the house construction next door prior to booking. We would come back here in a heartbeat. Hard to beat this place.

Great house with incredible views. Good location close to top notch beaches. Host communicated well and responded quickly. We loved our stay here!

Beautiful home in the jungle! Amazing view and house ideal for large families. On the other hand, the direct neighbors are under construction and the work takes place from 7am-7d\7J. Otherwise the place is secluded and very quiet

This place was everything! We truly felt like we were on our own private resort. It was clean, had amazing views and the most responsive hosts. Our kids (teenagers) loved hopping in the pool each evening. The ride up was rough and bumpy but definitely worth every trip. We hope to be back one day!

Place was amazing love it no washer machine that is the only complaint I have other then that you will love the house my family had good time

We spent 8 nights here and had an amazing experience. The house is very clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. The pool and views are incredible, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Brigitte and David were great hosts and always very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if I return to the area!

We were there from January 29 to February 9, 2024. The site is exceptional, It matched in every way to the photos is even better. It is a quiet and tranquil place set back from the village with stunning bay and mountain views. However, it is necessary to take a small path that could be difficult for some but does not require a 4x4 vehicle as others suggest, at least not in the dry season. The villa offers 4 large bedrooms each equipped with a bathroom with a large shower. This configuration provides great privacy for every guest. The common areas are spacious and the large terrace that serves as a dining room was for us the quintessential place to spend our evenings as a group. The huge pool was also a central element of our stay or even when all the 8 of the group were there at the same time almost let us think empty because of its large size. Brigitte is a great host, kind, friendly and always available

Beautiful place with an amazing view of the ocean that you can enjoy from pretty much the whole place. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was equipped, the place overall was very beautiful.
