This place is incredible. My boyfriend and I stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t enough… Eugene picked us up by boat from caye caulker and it was my favorite boat ride of our trip! He came with great energy (and music) and was there for anything we needed our entire stay!! When we arrived we were the only ones there and had private candle lit dinners each night, seriously the most romantic and perfect setting. Emaly cooked our meals and each dish was Belizean inspired and phenomenal. Breakfast was incredible too. We brought fish we caught in Caye caulker and were able to cook it in our cottage kitchen, we had everything we needed. We used the kayaks to explore around the beautiful island and even wondered over to the resort bar and had a few drinks there. You can also kayak to Miami Beach which is stunning!! Lynn took us back to the airport on our departure day. It was very bad weather and he got us there safely. 🙏 These are wonderful people that have a gem here, don’t hesitate to book!!

Fantastic place, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful cottage to completely relax and unwind. Very nice snorkeling trips in the area and also made great use of the nice canoes. Great food, delicious local dishes, in short, highly recommended.

A peaceful slice of paradise this Airbnb stay gave me the rest, clarity, and calm my soul was craving. From the ocean breeze to the quiet nights, every moment on this island felt like therapy in nature’s If peace had a location, it would be this tranquil island stay restful, beautiful, and exactly what I needed. The food prepared was great I would for sure stay again.

Our stay was beyond amazing! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The island was beautiful and our kids felt right at home. I highly recommend staying at the Therapy Cabins.

The hospitality here was great—everyone was kind and welcoming. The airport pickup and grocery service were very convenient, and Emily’s cooking was delicious and plentiful. Eugene, the boat captain, was friendly, though excursion recommendations were limited. However, the property needs improvement. The cottage felt run-down, with non-working fans, no overhead light, and serious bugs to deal with (mosquitos and sand flies)—making outdoor dining (the only option) difficult, especially when it rained and the area flooded. The lack of a beach and poor swimming conditions off the dock were disappointing for our kids. Additionally, both my daughter and I experienced allergy symptoms from something inside the cottage. There are also two very large dogs on the property. While we love dogs, they could be intimidating to some guests, and they barked all night, which made sleeping difficult. While the setting has potential, this stay was not kid-friendly and felt overpriced.

This is a very private location and great to just relax. We loved cabin 1 with the view of the water. We spent a good amount of time relaxing in the hammocks on the dock. Being that there are no stores or restaurants, we took advantage of Emily’s cooking and it was great! Eugene took us on a very adventurous snorkel trip and was a great captain to/from Belize City. Omar was such a kind and polite help with everything. Notes for future travelers: There is a full kitchen and plenty of drinking water. You can haul groceries in and cook but we definitely recommend Emily’s meals. Bug repellent is a must. We definitely recommend a couple of days on this caye if you are looking for a slow paced location.

We traveled to Belize for a family vacation and spent 4 wonderful full days at Therapy. Our kids never lacked activities - fishing, board games, outside games, swimming, snorkeling, and swinging in the hammock. Eugene, Christian and Emily were truly welcoming, engaged, and so very helpful. The food was spectacular. The attention to our needs - like providing any needed water & fishing gear and catching bait fish and supper fish - was superb. We were the only family on the south end of St. George's so it was quiet and secluded, but the hosts offered many paddling/swimming options and offshore adventures. We were in the water most days and particularly enjoyed snorkeling on the Reef and using the kayaks to explore. When you visit, make sure to bring an oil-based spray (like ORS olive oil hair spray) to keep off the sand flies/gnats - they were nasty this time of year! We had a WONDERFUL Time an look forward to returning some day :)

We had an absolutely relaxing and adventurous time… The Amazing staff - Eugene, Christian and Emely helped make us feel incredibly welcome and watched over us…. We got the meal plan, which was incredible…. As a family of 4, we could not get enough time in the “ocean pool” on the pier,.. can’t wait to come to this unique place!

This was one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Every detail was amazing and well taken care of. We had the whole island to ourselves for most of the stay, everyone working there was so thoughtful and kind and met our every need before we even thought of it. The place was paradise and so beautiful. Every aspect was wonderful, the swimming off the docks, the amazing food prepared just for us, the staff helping out. Everything was amazing, don’t hesitate to book - we can’t wait to come back someday! We saw dolphins off the dock, fished, saw a nurse shark while snorkeling with Eugene and Christian. It was so great!

Exactly as described, we had a wonderful stay. We opted to have meals provided which made the entire trip so easy to plan. The food was delicious, our kids are still talking about the desserts. Location is peaceful and beautiful, a place to escape and relax. Everyone was kind, communicative and helpful, we would certainly recommend this stay.

If you’re looking to kick back with beautiful views and lots of peace and quiet, this place of for you. We loved our stay here! Highlights included hammock time on the deck, kayaking around the island and our daily breakfast and dinner - make sure to enjoy Emily’s delicious cooking. They let you choose what time you’re served and every meal was better than the last. The wifi was good enough to FaceTime our kids at home and stream a movie. We went scuba diving for two days with the resort on the island and had a great experience with them (though you are at the mercy of the weather and their resort schedule). Laying the in the hammocks, my husband and I dreamed of booking the other two cabins with friends and family for a real private island party. Hopefully we’ll be back.

The Therapy cabins were charming, comfortable, and caring. We stayed in Cabin 1 and lived on the dock for the week. The staff is so sweet, knowledgeable, and at your beck and call when you need anything. We loved Emily’s meals, Christian’s delivery, and Eugene’s snorkeling trips, airport pickup, and willingness to take us on excursions. Pick up a few groceries in Belize City, grab some street food, and jump in a skiff to St George’s Caye (about 35 minutes). We kayaked, paddle boarded, swam, played cards, read books, and ate breakfast and dinner. The island is ~2 miles long and the therapy end is covered with mangroves, 2 other houses, and then a cut. Not a place to hike or bike. You learn to relax in a hammock drinking your morning coffee and watching the sunrise. Then kayak, paddle board, snorkel, eat, repeat. For a true sandy beach, kayak all the way to a nearby island’s “Miami Beach.” Walk across island’s 100 meters for the sunset. Two type A’s that learned to slow down.

Lovely, warm, safe place for vacation for me and my two teenage daughters. Were very well taken care of by Eugene, Christian, and Emily. Emily prepared us excellent dinners. The ocean is warm and pretty flat here as the island is inside the reef, but only about a 20 minute boat ride from Belize City. Christian seemed to magically appear just when we could use an extra hand. The pickup from the airport and boat ride to the island were great! Eugene boated us, wherever we wanted to go, and had great tips for us. They have figured out how to do the solar and water system so it works very well. Saw rays from the dock and kayaks. Did swimming, star gazing, hammock, paddleboarding, snorkeling and one day trip to see the Mayan ruins. Miss the warmth already.

Thanks for the kind words and the good advice! We have spoken to our neighbor about his rooster. Hopefully he deals with it.

Lynn & Althea’s place was beautiful, and the driver/captian, cook and grounds keeper were all awesome (and the food was great!) Unfortunately we had bad luck and the weather didn’t cooperate. Three days of rain and wind prevented us from snorkeling and chartering a boat to other islands, but we still enjoyed the kayaks and had a very relaxing stay. One note: they have two very lovable dogs that loved to accompany us wherever we went on the island. They were super nice, but if you’re afraid of dogs, like our autistic son is, it could be a concern you should plan for.
