Lovely house, fantastic and proactive communication. Clean and well equipped. Close to some of our favorite beaches. Highly recommend getting club access/bracelets to fully enjoy your stay. 10/10 recommend :)

The place is nice, comfortable for a large group. It has 4 comfortable rooms, a spacious kitchen and the best thing is the beautiful view it has. The only thing is that it needs maintenance on certain things because it is a house that was built several years ago and needs to improve some things (door handles, details in bathrooms, living room cushions, air conditioning in the living room is necessary).

The view from the home is spectacular and the beds were comfortable. AC in every bedroom and even though the kitchen and living room doesn’t have AC, it never got too hot especially with the large windows open. The owner was quick to repair an issue that came up.

We had an amazing stay at Sergio’s place! The house was perfect for our family — spacious, comfortable, and with a breathtaking view that honestly felt like a hidden gem. So many people came by the area just to take pictures, and we ended up having our own little photo session with over 100 shots — it was a blast! The minipool/jacuzzi quickly became our favorite hangout spot to cool off after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were roomy and well-equipped with A/C, which made for great nights of sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed (minus an ice cream scoop!), and the large fridge was super convenient for our groceries. Sergio was an exceptional host — responsive, kind, and on top of everything. The wristbands for the beach and club were a great bonus, and we really enjoyed having access to those amenities. Everything was well-coordinated and hassle-free. My family is already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend Sergio’s place!

Rent this place for the INCREDIBLE views! Truly, I could have just sat in the living room all day. 180 degree view of the ocean, with macaws, toucans, pelicans, and other birds flying just meters from the deck. Really stunning. Things to note -- it is not a very walkable area. Fine if you have a car, but the only restaurant is the expensive/mediocre one attached to the beach club, which you need the wrist band to access. Likewise, the easy access to the beaches also require the wristband. Definitely worth the $10/day. Note that the house is up a VERY steep hill, which is what brings you the amazing views, but it also is pretty tiring to walk up and down multiple times a day. We ended up renting a golf cart which worked as long as we plugged it in every chance we could get (because the steepness also killed the battery). But overall a great place for a large group and indescribably great views.

The views from this house were amazing. I had read the road to get to the house was steep, but I didn't expect it to be as steep as it was. Walking anywhere from the home was very difficult and I'm an avid hiker. We were pleasantly surprised to find a W/D in the home, but not so pleasantly surprised by the crabs and scorpion that we found in the home. I'm not sure how they got in but we relocated 4 crabs and one scorpion. There are also some very large windows that can be opened which was great for a breeze since the main living area doesn't have AC but need to be careful in the evenings - we were fortunate enough to catch a few raccoons hoping to get into the kitchen one night and learned to not leave the windows open after dusk. Club access was great and really helped us enjoy our time by having easy access to playa blanca with the added amenities of the pool and restaurant.

What a location! Awesome views and beautiful sunsets. My family and I had an unforgettable vacation. The house with its open spaces, three toilets and four bedrooms were perfect for the six of us. The hot tub was perfectly refreshing on hot days. We were close to one of the most beautiful beaches (Playa Blanca). Buying the bracelets to access the resort was worth it. Walking distance to the beach for physically healthy people. It was an authentic experience in a neighborhood filled with super friendly people. We were close to small shops and restaurants. The many animals that were close to the property delighted my children and my wife. What beautiful memories! And what about the amazing service we received from Sergio and Chris. A thousand times thank you
