3BR Luxury Villa in Corozal

Catherine

Excellent, 1 week ago

incredible stay!! food and view were amazing, we saw the most incredible sunrise and toucans everywhere at the villa, and jorge and isa and esther were absolutely lovely hosts.

This house is amazing and the view can't be beat. Watching monkeys and tucans while swimming in your own private pool is an experience in itself. You are deep in the jungle but close enough to town, you can still quickly go grab something you might want from the store. The house is well equipped with all the things you need for a long stay. George and Esther that live on the property are the nicest people and take care of things while giving you enough privacy that you forget they are on the property. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of five. The house is exactly as pictured and is super clean, a big priority for me. We had Esther cook for us several times (highly recommend btw!) so I didn't make use of many of the extensive kitchen items available to us but they clearly have thought through everything a renter could possibly need for their stay, including towels for the pool and bathroom toiletries. And the beds are so comfortable! The views from the deck outstanding, so peaceful. And we loved hearing the howler monkeys from the distance each day. Communication with Isai was excellent and his assistance in coordinating our transportation to the airport and to our next rental stay was so helpful. George, who is onsite to assist with whatever we needed, was also such a help in getting us to/from some of our excursion drop-points. All in all, a great stay and we would highly recommend to anyone considering to stay.

The place was great. If you are looking for a place near San Agnacio, and want the true Belize jungle experience this is a good choice. It is a 15-20 minute ride down to town. It has a great pool, incredible view and house had everything you need. The only negative was the main living room and kitchen had no air conditioning. But there was A/C in bedrooms so it was not a problem. Keep in mind we stayed during the hot season so it was a high of 96 degrees some days and the living areas and kitchen were a little uncomfortable, but overall it was great. George and Esther were great hosts and they provided dinner, breakfast, and juices as needed. Overall a great experience and a good spot for many excursions, including ATM cave tour, zip line, Mayan ruins, and ATV waterfall. Thanks to Asai for being a good host and helping us arrange most of the guides and tours we went on.

This is a wonderful jungle retreat, its remote and peaceful, yet still close enough to San Ignacio if you want to go out each day. Once we arrived, though, we hardly wanted to leave because the setting is so beautiful and the house is incredibly comfortable. The house is spacious, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the outdoor deck and pool were perfect for relaxing, birdwatching, and listening to monkeys in the distance. George and Esther, the caretakers, were absolutely lovely. Esther made a few meals for us, and even our picky eater cleaned her plate. Having the house tidied each day was such a nice bonus. The Tikal tour arranged for us was also a huge highlight, Edgar was an amazing guide and made the experience unforgettable! A perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We would gladly stay here again.

This villa is incredible! It’s about 15-20 mins from San Ignacio down a dirt road that’s no joke, but George picks you up and helps you get settled (even with welcome drinks!). George and his wife live on the property and help you with anything you need, including setting you up with kayaks on the property. Such attentive hosts and they really go above and beyond with local recommendations, tour guides, etc. The jungle setting is beautiful with the decks that overlook the scenery as well and the mahogany and stone in the bathroom is beautiful as well.

If you are looking for a place to stay while exploring the area of San Ignacio, this home is perfect. The host is responsive and proactive- it truly ended up being a pay and do not worry about the details vacation. We had breakfast and dinner cooked by the property attendants, George and Esther, each day and it was outstanding. Very neat home that has the amenities well thought out. If you allow them to plan and cook for you, you will not regret it.

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous, secluded jungle home. The house is beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds and couches, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The pool was spotless and incredibly refreshing. There are stunning views from every window and from the expansive deck, and at night we loved hearing the howler monkeys nearby. The friendly dog on the property even guided us on a lovely walk down to the river. The home is quite remote and accessed by a bumpy road. Since we didn’t rent an SUV, Isai was extremely helpful in organizing transportation for the six of us to our excursions. We highly recommend Francis for the ATM cave tour, as well as visiting the women’s co-op for a cooking class - both experiences were highlights of our trip. One thing to keep in mind is to stock up on food and drinks if you don’t have your own transportation, as there are no shops within walking distance. Isai was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!
