This vacation was for my kids before they return back to school. They absolutely had an amazing time. There was some sargasso at the beach when I arrived but Chef Daniel asked someone to clean it up and by the next day it was cleaned up and pushed to the side. Unfortunately, hotels near by had the sargasso bad and it smelled awful (like rotten eggs) driving by those places to get to our villa but aside from that it was fine. Chef Daniel was top tier, he was the highlight of the Villa. My kids loved his cooking. I hurt my back and he got me some ibuprofen which helped me tremendously. He was just wonderful and I can’t put into words how much we loved his cooking and how grateful I am for him going over and beyond. Maria was also very kind and helpful. She was always happy and smiling, just a pleasure to be around. All in all, I was pleased with choosing this villa for our family vacation. Thank you❤️

Best girls trip ever! Could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my 40th birthday and gather my friends from around the world. The place is incredible and everything they describe is accurate. Daniel, the chef, made us the best meals and the best margaritas and was extremely helpful, as well as Maria, who works at the house. The hosts were super responsive and provided us with all the info we could need. I already want to go back!

Our stay at the house was beautiful! Charming design, spacious rooms, and lots of attention to detail! Daniel cooked delicious and very varied meals for us. What we enjoyed the most were the activities on the beach with the kayaks and the boards. The bay is quiet and you can sail with your kids without worrying. There is a lot of marine life to explore!

We enjoyed our week at LA MAISON MANATI. The Villa is pristine, immaculate and architecturally beautiful. The property is also lovely. We didn’t feel the need to go on as many outside adventures because of what was offered on property. We loved snorkeling and kayaking in the clear bay amongst the reefs. The roof patio with the sunset, jacuzzi and drinks for adults and kids was a highlight! We tremendously enjoyed the chefs Daniel and Juan! They prepared perfect breakfasts and dinners! For our family to sit at the lovely dining table together with the best foods prepared and cleaned up was such a joy!! The housekeeping staff were also great! Everything inside and outside of the Villa was always beautifully cared for. Even when the seaweed came in they were quickly removing it. We had ample time for fun and relaxation in paradise!

Daniel the chef was the most amazing part of our stay. The service he provides is top notch and don’t even get me started on the delicious meals/margaritas he prepares; I’d never stop talking. Helena was very responsive, attentive and a great house caretaker. I will definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Tulum because of the service they provide alone. The scenery and views are just so beautiful and the pool was perfect for our bachelorette trip. I loved our stay at La Maison Manati and will definitely be visiting again.

Beautiful home with many spaces for relaxing with family and friends. The pool is a highlight with its well thought out areas for hanging with loved ones whether in or out of the pool. The beach gear is an added bonus for more fun activities. The best part of our stay was the wonderful food prepared by Daniel and the care provided by Elena. We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed our time at La Maison Manati.

Getting to and from the house is a little rough with the roads but otherwise this house is AMAZING. Beautiful views, comfortable and clean. The pool was just what we needed on hot days and the beach is beautiful. They provided snorkel gear and water shoes, exploring in the water and aquatic life was so fun! Hanging on the rooftop with the views was also great. Most of all the staff is super friendly and the food was DELICIOUS. Definitely would stay here again.

What an beautiful place! Even weeks prior to our stay the staff was busy helping us arrange our transportation, planning meals and giving recommendations for excursions. Upon arrival the staff greeted us and warmly welcomed us to the most gorgeous home. This house is large, and with seven guest there were rooms to spare. The pictures do not do this estate justice, it is stunning! Positioned on the beach with everything you needed to explore or enjoy the water, the scenery is rivaled only by the beautiful infinity pool or rooftop jacuzzi. The home is located in a secure area, and there is easy access to the main highway, just ten minutes to Tulum and close to family friendly or adult attractions. The staff was the cherry atop this fantastic experience. Chefs Daniel and Juan made the most amazing food, and we didn't eat one meal anywhere else. This by far the best Air b and b experience we have had. Highly, highly recommended . Thank you for making my husband's 50th birthday magical!

I don't usually do long reviews, but Maison Manatí deserves it. Every aspect of the place left my family and I in love with the place. The rooms, the architecture of the place, the amenities, the staff. First of all, I have to thank EVERYONE who helps in the house. Abdal and Elena were attentive to us at all times. They provided us with a Karaoke, and one day they even surprised us with freshly cut coconuts. Chefs Juan and Dani, WOW 5 stars, there was no food we didn't like. They customized every detail, including the fact that someone was allergic to shrimp and I was allergic to gluten. It always seemed like we were dining at a luxury restaurant. The beach is stunning because the Zargazo does not reach it. This is important in this era where the entire Riviera is full of it. I would definitely stay again and my family would also stay with you.

The house is beautiful, spacious, the bay is beautiful to have a swim or use the paddle boards or kayaks. The terrace has an amazing view but the jacuzzi is not hot it’s rather warm. That is probably the only thing that I didn’t like about the house. The personal in the home are great people and Daniel the chef is the best feature if you stay there. He can cook anything and everything he does is like eating at a 5 star restaurant!!!! I had a very good time at the house and will stay here over and over again!!

Beautiful house in a beautiful spot. There are many lovely places to hang out on the property - the beach, the pool, the rooftop. And Chefs Daniel and Juan were the highlight. They were friendly, accommodating, and talented. It was such a treat to have delicious home cooked meals by them.

We fell in love with this place. The chefs, Daniel and Juan made our stay one to remember for our lifetime. Always with a smile and friendly demeanor, they were flexible with our dietary needs. On the first day they had a large catch of the day red snapper which they grilled to perfection on the BBQ. Their food from creative salads, surf and turf, morning avocado toasts etc was absolutely delicious!!! We never wanted to eat anywhere else! La Maison Manati is a spectacular place located on the waterfront close to Tulum in a safe and quiet cove where you can walk to a beautiful cenote. The space itself is super bright and beautifully designed from an architectural point of view. The pool is accessible, right outside the living room/dining room area. There are several outdoor lounging spots, pool, waterfront, hammock under trees etc where one can enjoy the outdoors. The expansive master suite offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea. We did not want to leave this paradise.
