The communication before arrival was great, and we were allowed to enter the house in the morning. The garden is great. Sloths, monkeys, toucans and lots of other animals are sitting around the property. Something that was missing for the price was a dishwasher (I didn't pay attention to that when booking). The rooms and bathrooms are great. We missed having a real dining area in the house due to the heavy rain. Unfortunately, on the first two days, the smell of garbage was so extreme that we could hardly lie by the pool. On Mondays, the garbage collection came and picked up the garbage in the neighborhood – after that, the smell was fortunately gone. But the kids had a lot of fun in the very clean pool, and there are plenty of seating areas in the garden. The location is also fantastic, as many supermarkets, restaurants and beaches can be reached quickly. We had a very nice time and can definitely recommend the place!

We had a great time with the family. The villa is amazing, with a beautiful exterior and a very nice pool. I'll be back!

The house is excellent, very comfortable and well equipped. Juliana was incredible throughout our entire stay. We paid for additional daily cleaning, and everything went very smoothly. The location is great. I highly recommend it.
Amazing Airbnb she recommended a chef for me. That was amazing very accommodating. The location was perfect. Close to all the beaches and restaurants beautiful beautiful home. Photos were just like what we seen in person.
Nice apartment, but there is no table for dinner, not an oven and lack of some appliances

What can I say that the pictures don’t show - this place was immaculate and beautiful and the host was equally accommodating - I had to book last minute and this was the only host that was responsive and friendly allowing me to do a late check in (12 am) at night - while the host rep was waiting for us to welcome us and help with anything or any questions we might have had - the place is such a beautiful place for a family or couple of lover couple trying to get away- everything was in pre stone condition and again the host was immaculate - if def stay here again if I visit this region in the future

We had a great stay at Jennier’s home in Playa Cocles with our family. The house was even nicer than expected — very comfortable, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after full days of exploring. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was excellent for visiting nearby beaches, hiking, canoeing, grocery shopping and checking out the surrounding towns. We loved having the space and privacy of a house instead of staying in a hotel. Jennier was a great host and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We did rent an SUV to get around, which was helpful, though traffic in the area can be heavy at times — not a reflection on the house, just something to plan for. Overall, this is a beautiful property in a great location and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Playa Cocles/Puerto Viejo area.
The place was nice. Jennier was flexible and responsive. It was a great location and was clean. I would recommend a clothes line to dry wet suits and towels. We had the feeling the cameras were used to monitor. I would recommend specifically mentioning in guide to keep gate closed at all time, if that is desired. Also, providing a local guide with recommendations. Besides that I would recommend staying. We had a great time.

Too bad you didn't tell Juliana or us directly about the cameras, because the cameras are towards the outer boundaries of the house for security, in the 4 corners of the house, we try to receive you in the best possible way, of 30 reservations for the app you are the first to rate us with 4 stars and not even with 5, for me and my family a real pity the truth that you affect the record like this! Absolutely epic stay. Nicest place in Puerto Viejo. New construction with a beautiful jungle view, animal life all around, and tons of well thought out details. Gorgeous plants inside and out. AC throughout. Kitchen with everything you need. And the house manager, Juliana, is amazing. She is extremely kind, personable, and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Can’t wait to stay here again soon. Endlessly gratitude. Thank you so much for everything!!!
Jennifer's home was beautiful and clean. It was a relaxing escape from reality and super close to the beaches and restaurants!
