Everything excellent!

VISTA TORTUGA was perfect for our needs over this long weekend. We had a family wedding to attend and 6 cottages was the perfect number of rooms for couples, and all the cousins. This would be perfect for a group who wants to hang out together in a beautiful private space. It is a bit away fro the town, restaurants and night life (but not far). Very near the beach if that's what you are looking for.

This place is absolutely stunning. We rented the entire property for a group of 14 and had an incredible time. The villas are comfortable, the pool and outdoor areas are beautiful, and the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We especially loved how private it felt while still being just a short drive into town. Amy is a wonderful host - very attentive and communicative throughout our stay. Incredible five day stay. Amy is super responsive, very thoughtful, and made our stay easy. Access to the beach great. The place was clean and comfortable. We watched whales from the roof decks. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Vista Tortuga over the Christmas holiday. We were a multigenerational family of 16 and the house suited us perfectly with each family unit having their own space while sharing the beautifully landscaped pool area. The location was peaceful, just steps away from the beach, and we enjoyed watching the baby turtles being released each dusk. The sunsets were gorgeous from the roof top deck. A car is a must to go to town and swimmable beaches like Cerritos but it’s fun driving around this area with so many cute coffee shops and local restaurants. All in all highly recommend Vista Tortuga!

We rented the whole villa for 3 families and it was great! Small but adequate kitchens in each unit, AC works great, solid WiFi, and generator for power outages (which runs AC too). The water pump failed one night and Amy had someone out to fix it within the hour; great host! The grounds are beautiful and the pool is fun. Pool is about 5’ deep throughout. In August, outside temps kept the pool a little warm but we still enjoyed it everyday. The beach at the house is beautiful and we hardly saw anyone else there. The surf is rough and not great for swimming. We drove to Cerritos (30 min) for beach days where it was swimmable and good for beginner surf lessons. Not much is walkable from the house, but stores and restaurants are a short drive away. We found everything we needed in local Todos Santos markets. The restaurants in town were amazing; we followed Amy’s suggestions and we were not disappointed. Pizzeria RomAntica was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten!

This was a great place for six separate families to enjoy a wedding in the area. In Duna, my family of four was perfectly happy in queen beds and a provided toddler crib, spacious and a pretty well stocked kitchens. Pool was heated and comfortable. All in all, this was a great place for a large group to have gathering space but also private area.

Vista Tortuga was the perfect setting for our family gathering. Amy our host went above and beyond in helping organize everything. We had a wonderful time gathering in the many spots that the compound had to offer. The sunset was amazing from the rooftop areas. The pool was so peaceful to gather around to laugh and be together. Amy helped me hire a chef to cook a few meals for us and had a driver pick us up and bring us back to airport. We had a wonderful time and are so appreciative of the wonderful setting vista tortuga provided for me and my family. Will definitely return.

We loved staying at Vista Tortuga with our large group of 16 friends! Our group was in town for a wedding and we fit perfectly in all of the space offered on the property. We loved swimming in the pool day + night and walking to the beach. Amy was a great host giving us all the information we needed for a smooth stay.

Vista Tortuga was great for our large group! Everyone had plenty of room and the place looked even more beautiful in real life than the photos. It served as a great home base for our adventures in Todos Santos and La Paz (only an hour away), and the short walk to the beach made it a great location for us. Would highly recommend!

Amazing spot!! We had trouble finding the location of the villa thru the host instructions. Best to just search on google maps “vista tortuga” and it’ll take you right there. Other than that incredible stay.

Wonderful house for a private get together. Beautiful beach just across the street. Very clean and well managed.

This place is amazing! Very comfortable, well-designed and furnished to host a larger group to enjoy both private and shared space experiences. The location is beachy and gorgeous. The property feels spacious and like being at a private resort! Pool is fantastic (we spent all 4 days lounging by it!) And there are basic beach supplies (like chairs and coolers) so you can hang out on the beach as well. It was truly one of our group’s favorite rental experiences we’ve ever had. We had a portable speaker to play music by the pool, which we ended up being grateful to have brought! Thank you Vista Tortuga!
