Luxury Private Residences

We rented this house for our family trip. 11 people ,ages 16-60, 2 had to cancel. Wonderful location on a beautiful quiet beach. More than enough room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool , bikes, paddle boards and boogie boards. We spent time w their beach chairs enjoying the amazing sunsets. The house cook for breakfast was wonderful and their chef Katyya did an amazing job. The house manager and groundskeeper were so helpful and nice, they made us feel at home. We will also never forget Paco ( the sweetest house dog ever !) Our family will be back! Thank you for the memories!!

Wonderful home! Everything about it was great!

This home was wonderful! Clean, right on the beach, and accommodated our large group wonderfully. Wished we had known about the construction happening right next door, those guys start EARLY! Also, power went out multiple times which wasn’t great. Other than that….this place was AMAZING!!

We loved our stay in Potrero at the LPR villa. This was our second time staying in the area, and our family had a great time. The pool and surrounding area was wonderful, and the beach was excellent as well. Arturo was a responsive host, and Martin was always a help on property when needed. The housekeepers also did a wonderful job. The one negative was the construction on the lot next door, but it wasn’t enough to deter our group. Would stay here again!

Basically we got exactly what was advertised, we had a wonderful stay with no issues. The only downside was that a new building is under construction next door. This was not an issue except the 3 bedrooms on the upper level now have a view of a concrete wall, not a vacation ruiner but it would have been nicer if this had been passed on to us prior.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was the perfect size for our party of 12. The main floor is open and the dining room table was awesome, plenty of room for our large party to have meals together. The living room furniture felt new and modern. Everything felt clean and updated. The hosts were very communicative and provided excellent customer service and local recommendations. They were responsive and even made local reservations on our behalf. I had tried contacting one restaurant 3 times for a reservation for our party and was unsuccessful, the hosts offered to call on our behalf and we had a reservation within 15 mins. Our kids loved walking to the beach every day, it was so close to the house, they even put out all the beach things you need at the gate to just grab on your way down. Everyone enjoyed the pool and food ball tables. I highly recommend staying here if you have a large group. Our party loved it and we’d definitely stay here again.

What a perfect place to make memories with friends and family. The living space was beautiful, comfortable and had ample space for our four families to gather for movies and meals. It was so convenient having the kayaks, boogie boards and SUP boards all there for us, thanks Martín! Potrero Beach is a delightful town with such friendly people. Our hosts were very communicative and made everything easy. Judy kept the place very clean, thank you. Our favorite meals on our vacation were made by Kattya, a private chef. The spreads she created for us were delicious, nutritious and she made kid-friendly meals too. Her attention to detail was evident…Kattya definitely cooks with love and passion for what she does. I highly recommend asking Arturo to arrange her services for you. We absolutely loved this vacation!

Our group of 8 people loved the house. It is spacious indoors and has great outdoor seating on a wrap-around porch and by the pool. Lots of amenities including bicycles, paddle boards, and kayaks. The location is right on the beach which was completely empty most days, within walking distance to the small town, and it’s a a convenient spot for day trips to Tamarindo and Playa Coco. Andrey was a prince and sent me lots of info on restaurants and activities. My only complaint was the noise from the construction next door. Although the listing mentions the construction, it is downplayed and it is much more extensive than indicated. The worst part is the work starts at 6 a.m. and lasted until as late 10 or 11p.m, seven days a week. The workers are also shouting to each other so that was an annoying factor and it should be noted in the listing. But we had a great time nonetheless.

Perfect peaceful place for our family of 11 to gather!! Gorgeous setting and villa. We enjoyed hanging outside by the pool and beach and playing pool. We used the bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks. Chef Alfonso and Cindy served us delicious meals and were super sweet. Sylvia kept the house clean and provided fresh towels. Thanks to Andrey for arranging two fabulous tours— a private catamaran and an adventure tour. He also found the chef and arranged for a shuttle to the airport. Potrero is a small town so it is quiet and the beach was not crowded. From our balcony we could watch the birds in the front garden and see pelicans diving for fish in the sea. The sunsets were spectacular!! We would love to go back.

A magical stay in Costa Rica! Andrey was fantastic at helping us book everything from massages on the veranda to private chef for Thanksgiving! We enjoyed a private catamaran, atv tour, and an adventure day that were all amazing experiences suggested and booked by Andrey. We had plenty of room and literally a perfect experience! Martyn and Sylvia were both attentive and kind care takers and always available to help. Lots of bikes and paddle boards... really we did not wish for anything. Perfect beach vacation and would definitely go back!
