We stayed here two years ago and loved it, so we decided to come back. Unfortunately, this time we were very disappointed, as we found the property much more neglected. The most troubling thing was finding cat urine in the kitchen. In addition, the managers showed no initiative: you had to ask them to remove the garbage, change the bags in the bins, or replace the toilet paper. When we informed the host, she told us to talk to the manager, which we did not think was an appropriate response. The property also needs maintenance; the pool has damaged tiles and there is mold on several walls. The place has a lot of potential due to its excellent location, but it needs to improve in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, guest service, and initiative on the part of those in charge of the place.

The property was exactly as advertised and matched the photos perfectly. It offers direct beach access, a beautiful pool, and plenty of comfortable spaces to relax and unwind. The rooms are spacious, and best of all, the air conditioning works exceptionally well. Mr. Balmore and Ms. Anita were wonderful hosts. They were incredibly accommodating, and their genuine hospitality reflects the warmth and generosity for which Salvadoran culture is known. During our stay, we asked if they could prepare some meals for our group. They simply requested a menu, we provided funds for the groceries, and they took care of the rest. While this service is not included in the rental price, it is very affordable and absolutely worth it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very good oceanfront place, private parking, large rooms. The issue is the pets, bad smell of cats in the kitchen, which is open.

The beach is easily accessible from the house. Plenty of sitting and lounging area, the pool was cute and fun for the family. Loved that every room had a full bathroom and AC. Overall, a good place for a little weekend getaway.

The beach house is in very good condition, clean, and nice. Super friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back!

Great home on the beach. Beach is clean. I was surprised that the kitchen is outdoors, it was okay but if you are cooking then this attracts more bugs. Would have preferred indoor kitchen. The pool was clean and so was the outdoor lounge space.

I really liked the ranch,definitely I will recommend this place if u come w a big group. The people that took care of the ranch were very friendly, helpful, and kept the place clean...There's a friendly dog that lives there lol.. The view is beautiful, sounds of the wave at night..Definitely u will enjoy the ranch, very peaceful.

The place's infrastructure is very nice, the rooms are pleasant and have nice views, the person who received us was very friendly and helped us a lot. However, it has little maintenance, it seems forgotten, very messy and very dirty, including the pool.
