Excellent stay in Cozumel. The apartment is impeccable, in a very good location, and has all the necessary amenities for spending a few incredible days with the family. You can tell that care has been taken with every detail. Paulina was super helpful and always available for any questions, making the whole process very easy and pleasant. Definitely a place I would go back to and highly recommend.

WONDERFUL! The property was amazing, we had everything we needed, and the housekeeper was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend. There was lots of space, and lots of chairs. Housekeeping came in every other day and changed out the trash cans and did the floors etc. Great experience. Will book again.

We had a fantastic stay at El Pamal XL Luxury Condo in Cozumel! The condo is beautiful—spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The views were lovely, and the overall feel of the unit was truly “luxury.” The amenities were great as well. The pool area was clean and inviting and quickly became a favorite spot to unwind. The fitness center was fine and convenient for getting in a quick workout while away from home. Communication was excellent throughout our stay - really couldn’t be any better. Paulina was extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating, which made everything feel easy and well managed. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning in the master bedroom wasn’t working during our stay. While unfortunate, it didn’t overshadow an otherwise wonderful experience, and Paulina was very attentive and helpful in addressing

The condo is located a small distance south of the restaurants and Central Plaza. A rental car would have been ideal. But cabs are fairly easy to catch. This section of the island does not have sandy beaches, but you can find some good snorkeling. We enjoyed visiting beach resorts for the day to get our sand fix. Otherwise we took a boat tour to snorkel or hung out by the pool. The condo is very spacious! We were greeted by the housekeeper Ireland. And although she didn’t speak English we were able to use Google Translate to communicate our needs for the week. We had one small issue with condensation from an a/c unit and Pauline was quick to respond and Ireland came and helped clean things up. Pauline had recommended a private chef & Chef Anthony did not disappoint! He made us an amazing birthday meal in the condo and did all of the clean up. We will be back to stay with Pauline!

Amazing stay! I would definitely come back. Pau was super attentive all the time, even before renting the apartment. Also, very flexible with schedules. Mrs. Ireland, who helped us with the cleaning, is beautiful and cooks very well! Communication with both was always very smooth. I highly recommend it, it is in a quiet area, with a great view and centrally located. It's a very large apartment, nice and cozy! Better than the pictures!! If you're thinking of staying here, do it! It's a very good option. Thank you very much Pau for having us!!! We hope to come back soon

Great place! From the moment you open the door, the place is charming, the terrace and the space are unparalleled.

The condo was amazing, beautiful views. It was so nice you almost felt bad leaving to do stuff! Very roomy and comfortable. Paulina was great and was very helpful if we needed anything or had questions. We will be back to Cozumel and would definitely rent again if we had a large group.

Paulina has an exceptional accommodation, very spacious, clean, comfortable and all the amenities working, it has a great location, most of the attractions and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. The attention and clarity of all the instructions was very good at all times, I definitely recommend it 100% and we will surely be back again soon.

Paulina was a great host! Condo was a good choice for us since there weren’t many options after our original house was double booked. Location was great and felt safe.

We had a great time with 2 families in this beautiful home. We all had great space for ourselves and place to be together. Paulina is FANTASTIC. Very responsive and very helpful. It is a small ride to the city center and very easy to navigate. We rented a car and had a parking place made available as well. I would highly recommend.
