Can’t speak more highly of Laura and her husband Lucas, who took care of our every need! This rental was so much more than your typical Airbnb that one would reserve. The level of service that was included helped make our stay so seamless. Their expertise in the area along with help securing reservations, groceries, breakfast in villa, transfers…..anything that we needed was a text away. House was amazing and cozy. We loved having breakfast outside with wonderful views. Also the courtyard was a great little spot for morning coffee with a book and listening to the birds…..A 5 star experience and we can’t wait to book again with them!!!!

We had an absolutely incredible stay in Cabo! The house was fantastic, but what truly made the experience exceptional were our hosts, Laura and Lucas. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish- responsive, proactive, and incredibly thoughtful. The attention to detail throughout the home did not go unnoticed. Everything was well-prepared, organized, and exactly as described (if not better). The level of service was truly next level — they made everything seamless and stress-free for us. On top of that, everyone we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Laura and Lucas clearly take great pride in creating a five-star experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo!

This was my husband’s and my second visit, and we were thrilled to return. Lucas and Laura were wonderful hosts from start to finish. The villa is beautiful—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Communication was clear and consistent, and they helped with planning and logistics, making the trip completely stress-free. The layout was perfect for a family trip with our adult children. Everyone had their own private space, yet there were so many inviting places to gather—meals together, morning coffee, or relaxing in the evenings. It struck the ideal balance between togetherness and privacy. The attention to detail was exceptional: comfortable beds, plenty of household supplies, and a very responsive support team. The outdoor spaces were a highlight, with a spacious pool, fireplace, palapa, hot tub, and good seating and dining areas. The villa is also an easy walk to the ocean and nearby restaurants, set within a beautiful community. We'd happily return!

Laura and Lucas are tremendous hosts and I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to consider this property because of the added benefit of having them at your disposal. Anything we needed assistance with, they were super responsive and made sure everything was to our liking. My group of guests (9 of us total) were made to feel very special with all the accommodations that were arranged with the help of Lucas and Laura. This villa is the only one I have seen in Esperanza that has 5 bedrooms, which was perfect.

This was our second time at this villa and it never disappoints! We will definitely be back. Lucas and Laura are such wonderful hosts. Thank you!

Lucas and Laura were wonderful! Not only was the villa beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated, the service and support was top notch! I felt the communication was clear, they helped us with all preparations and logistics needed, and they were both super friendly and responsive. It was a beautiful, relaxing stay!

We are very familiar with Cabo and Esperanza, but this was our first time in Laura’s home … and we were extremely impressed. The communication was fantastic throughout our trip, and they made everything so easy on us. It was great. And we will be back.

We had an amazing time at the villa! Laura and Lucas were fantastic hosts and the home was stunning! From first arrival, Lucas welcomed us and made us feel at home with chips and guacamole as well as a heated pool. Clear communication throughout our stay and excellent housekeeping and concierge recommendations. Lucas and Laura are always available and ensure you are having a great time. The house and experience was perfect for the 9 people we traveled with, having plenty of room and lots of fun. We look forward to a return trip soon!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way!!! The indoor and outdoor spaces of the house are beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood and amenities in the community were perfect and provided outstanding food and fun for our family. Last and most impressive was the attention that Laura and Lucas gave to all of our needs before and during our stay. It was truly outstanding and the icing on the cake of a fabulous family vacation!! Laura and Lucas are amazing hosts! Lucas was waiting at the unit when we arrived and gave us a great rundown of the house as well as the community amenities. For those minor issues that always arise they were on the spot responsive and proactive. We did not want for anything, and we can't wait to go back.

This home and casita were better than the photos. We loved everything about our stay recently and the hosts were incredibly responsive.

Punta Ballena is a beautiful location and Villa 401 has 5 bedrooms, which is rare for that resort. Laura and her husband, Lukas were amazing to deal with. Super-responsive and friendly. We had issues with the plumbing, hot tub a few other items. Lukas responded immediately and worked on the issues. Very professional attitude.
