great place!

This resort is beautiful and the location and view from Kevin‘s condo can’t be beat. It’s one floor up overlooking the pool with a view of the ocean. The resort has great restaurants to choose from and it’s easy to walk on the beach or grab a quick taxi into town. The condo was spotless. The master bathroom and bedroom can’t be beat. We were with our 18 year-old son and he had his separate quarters. If you were with young kids, it might not be the set up for you as you walk through a gate and if you go to the right, with its own entrance , you’ll enter into the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and guest bath. If you walk through the gate and go to the left, there is a separate entrance for the guest bedroom and another bathroom, but it is basically a separate unit. They both share a common patio that overlooks the pool.

Kevin’s place is amazing!!! Can’t wait to come back! Villas La Estancia has the best beach in Los Cabos!!! Perfect location.

We had a great stay! The place was spotless, and Kevin was very communicative and responsive to all questions I had. The beds were very comfortable, we slept great, and it was nice and quiet. Great views of the pool and ocean, nice big patio, and walkable to a lot of nearby stuff. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in Kevin's beautiful villa 1202 from May 12 - 19. The villa was in the best location on the resort! Kevin was very communicative. We loved the detail in his helpful document re everything from airport/customs to the villa info to recommendations for transportation and dining in downtown Cabo nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the prevalence and safety of Uber to get around ($6 to downtown), and taxis, too. Being near town was perfect for excursions, shopping and dining. The resort still felt quiet and away from the bustle of town. The resort and spa is so nice and relaxing. La Estancia guests enjoy access to the 2 sister resorts on either side of La Estancia (del Arco and del Palmar), and are a short walk for additional restaurants and livelier activities if you'd like that. The resort market conveniently has everything you may need - groceries, toiletries, medications, souvenirs - but you will pay more for them. The beach was nice to walk and swim. Would stay again!

My family of four enjoyed a perfect week at Kevin’s beautiful villa. The place was impeccably clean, kitchen was well stocked, and beds were firm and comfy. A highlight was the terrace with a gorgeous view. I worked out on the terrace and the WiFi worked great. Kevin was very communicative and answered any questions promptly. Another highlight at the property was the staff who was always friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay. Recommend 100%

My friends and I throughly enjoyed where we stayed. The amenities, resort and service were top notch. The location is perfect for walks on the beach to great restaurants and downtown. I would definitely stay there again!

Our family loved our stay in this condo. Everything was perfect. The patio has an outstanding view. We spent so much time out there. The beds are comfortable too! We will definitely be back!

Great location and resort! The staff were attentive. We watched whales from the balcony! The condo was a great size for our family, very clean and everything we could need. Would definitely recommend Kevin’s condo and stay here again!

Nice resort on Medano beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tom's condo. He was so helpful and sent me instructions and tips before our stay to help us prepare. The resort is gorgeous - the pool, the spa, the grounds are all so well taken care of. The view from the pool to the sea was amazing! We loved not needing our own towels for the pool. There are 3 hot tubs and a large pool - all were heated which was so great. It was so luxusious to have housekeeping come regularly, which helped keep the space clean and tidy during our 7 night stay. We enjoyed the convenience of the market, yet we also rented a car and could take it to the nearby Walmart to shop as needed. We rented the A and B side of the condo and it was perfect for us - plenty of room for just 3 people who all like their own bed! The mattress was a too hard for me but my husband and kiddo were fine with it. The space was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. I can't say enough good things about it. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Wow!! This place has it all and then some! We just came back from a week and cannot say enough about the beautiful unit. First and most importantly the beds were comfy! Good nights sleep we’re had by all! We used the balcony everyday. We grilled our catch that we caught on the nice Weber grille. We loved the kitchen and it was well stocked with the necessities to do any kind of cooking. This particular unit is close to the pool and has spectacular views. We used the gym everyday which was clean and well maintained. The food that we tried was at the swim up bar at it was great! The drinks alcoholic and non alcoholic were so yummy! Our unit was tidied 3 times while there which was a nice bonus! Also, the first day we took a taxi to Costco for some food and the driver charged us 17 dollars for a 5 minute drive. From then on we took UBER and had no problem! It’s less expensive and every driver we had was safe and appreciated our business. I would highly recommend this unit! Kevin was so helpful! Best recommendations and was quick to respond! Wonderful memories were had by all!!
