Host was responsive and very helpful with recommendations - including a tour and driver. The place was clean and beautiful. The pool was very nice as well.

We had a great stay overall. The place was very clean, and the host was extremely communicative and responsive whenever we had questions. Check-in and communication were smooth. The only minor downsides were that there wasn't quite enough toilet paper provided for our group, and the first-floor shower didn't have hot water. Aside from that, everything was comfortable and well-maintained. We would still recommend this place and appreciate the host's attentiveness.

We loved the house, everything was impeccable, it has all the amenities suitable for large families. Luis was always attentive to everything. We loved it, our favorite place to stay every time we go ☺️.

We had an amazing stay at this place! There were only a couple of issues. The water kept cutting off, and one of the rooms didn’t have an AC. But other than that, it was a beautiful place.

Beautiful house. Quite clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, excellent location for Xcaret and Playa del Carmen. My family was very happy and comfortable with the house. 5 minutes away there is a 24-hour Soriana. Excellent amenities.

Excellent house, location and host service, the boiler went out and he sent people right away, or any situation was super, super attentive and the house is phenomenal, literally everything new and excellent cleanliness

Very beautiful house, everything is very clean and has all the services it offers, the private one is very nice and with a lot of security, that makes you always feel calm and safe in your stay. very comfortable beds with fresh clean sheets, clean and enough towels. 10 minutes from Playa del Carmen by car and 20 minutes to xcaret. we already want to come back we were delighted.

Is one of the best places i never been. peaceful, a lot of security are awesome and helpful. The house is a piece of art. every single place are confi and clean.
