Wow! What a great spot. View from the enormous covered balcony was spectacular. Whole place felt vast and spacious. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Short walk to good food yet felt secluded out on the point in playa Langosta. Most importantly, you were close enough to tamarindo to jump into town for activities but the location is away from all the crowds. The beach right out back is great for quiet walks, sunbathing, swimming, and hunting for shells. Highly recommend.

Annette’s condo exceeded our expectations! The view is magnificent. Was very spacious - the beds, bathrooms, and seating easily accommodated our large group of 8 (2 families of 4 adults/4 teen boys). We walked to a nearby surfing spot and fish and cheeses often. Very much appreciated all of the available towels, boogie boards, and kitchen amenities. Other dinners we drove the short drive into town. Annette was extremely organized and responsive. Overall we loved staying here! You will not be disappointed!

This has been one of the best units I’ve rented!! The location is great full of stores and restaurants. The inmediate access to the beach is a great feature. The unit is very well equipped and has spacious rooms and a beautiful ocean view. I would love to stay here again

Annette’s condo on the beach is wonderful. The views of the sunsets alone were worth every penny spent! The condo is stocked with everything you might need including boogie boards which we used several times on the beach. I already miss my morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves. I hope to visit again someday!

This large condo had everything we needed! Plenty of space and especially a well appointed kitchen! Very comfortable! And it’s location on the beach outside of Tamarindo, in Langosta was perfect.

Beautiful property with fantastic sunset views! Property had everything we needed for our stay. It was close enough to restaurants and stores for convenient shopping and dining while being far enough away to be a peaceful oasis. Our group of six was very happy with our stay and would highly recommend!!

Wow wow wow, what a gem of a place, pristine, immaculate, unreal! Very safe and secure location with gates and very friendly 24/7 security, down a dirt path which made it nice and tucked away from the main road. Beautiful pool which was never busy. Walking to Tamarindo on the left hand (west) side of the road we saw monkeys a lot! The condo itself was as described and beyond! The kitchen fully stocked with utensils and serve-ware, more than enough linens and towels, comfy beds, beautiful views, great appliances, great wifi, the list goes on. The host was so friendly and quick to reply to my emails leading up to the trip. She helped put us in touch with people to arrange private airport transfer from Liberia which was very welcomed after arriving on a red eye. The sunsets are not to be missed, we enjoyed the view from the balcony as well as the private beach area in front of the property. Nothing like a relaxing oasis after hot days in the sun. Already hoping to return!

Such a beautiful and wonderful place! The condo was the perfect spot for our family! It was clean, roomy and had spectacular views! It literally had everything we possibly could have needed and made our time in Costa Rica so enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing place! 5 min away by car from Tamarindo. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and you can watch the sunsets from there w your family. We had a great time! Hope to come back very soon.

Simply magical! The photos do not do this place justice, we walked in the front door and our whole family said “Wow!” About the condo Sparkling clean is an understatement, spotless and every little detail has been thought of - from linens, super soft sheets and comfy beds, huge showers (even with built in shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers - major props for being so eco-conscious), enough wine accessories and different glasses to please even the most discerning oenophile, detailed instructions for the TVs, brand new AC units in every room (even hallways!), beach toys and chairs, and simplified entry with door codes and lockboxes to keep your beach packing as light as possible. All 3 bedrooms are en suite with generous walk in closets - great for us over-packers. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and we wanted for nothing! The window treatments in the room allowed for our best sleep in ages. We had to set alarms so we wouldn’t sleep in so late. Heavy doors, thick windows and walls made it virtually impossible to hear other residents, truly felt like our own private oasis. Now, about the lanai: show-stopping. First of all, it is HUGE, and we loved having coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening to enjoy the sunset, welcome the geckos as they cruised around the walls (hence why we had no mosquitos!), and listen to the waves or the howler monkeys. It was so hard to leave. About the complex & area Crystal Sands is a gem of a complex in the perfect position in my opinion. You get a gorgeous head on view of the sun setting over the water (the point blocks it a bit for Tamarindo) with a great pool, easy walk to langosta resorts for meals, or to Fish and Cheeses - a darling Italian market and restaurant. Amazing tidepools out front during low tide and a quick 7 minute walk around the point or on the trail to the sandy beach of Tamarindo. Another special treat not to be missed - a massage on the beach - very sweet ladies have 2 tables set up under a canopy about 1 minute walk from the condo. Really felt like we had the best of all worlds here with the proximity to Tamarindo, wildlife, the views, and all the luxury amenities. Don’t hesitate booking this one - it is everything it appears and so much more!

everything exceeded our expectations! We had a great time as a family. The apartment has everything you need, the rooms were great, the common areas have enough space and the sunsets are incredible from the balcony or from the beach which is right in front of the apartment. The communication with Annette was very efficient and fast. She provided us with all the necessary information and responded to our emails in a short waiting period. We will definitely go back! One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in.
