Our stay was fine and we enjoyed the area. The condo was clean, everyday living items were provided. The pool was disappointing, was too cold and needed some tender loving care. (rust on the ladders)etc The condo was perfect but a bit outdated. Linen and towels were clean. The only real complaint we had was that the ants in the closet and one bedroom. We sprayed but they kept coming back. They were not an issue anywhere else. Aquiles was helpful and answered questions or concerns immediately. (He knows about the ants and indicated they would be taken care of.). The condo was in an ideal for location for areas and towns around. The area was safe and clean and the atmosphere quiet. The beach is 2 minutes away. Having a car is necessary. Grocery stores and many activities are accessible, in about a 15 minute drive. The nature and wildlife is amazing and we enjoyed seeing this all around the area. We did enjoy our stay except for the ants. :)

I'm very sorry about the ants. Since the apartment is surrounded by jungle, it's impossible to control all the animals that live around it. However, we are already taking care of the issue. Even so, I appreciate your visit and I hope you have rested and enjoyed everything. Thank you for choosing us.

The apartment is even nicer than what you see in the photos. A very quiet place to rest, clean and has everything you need to have a good vacation, in addition to the host's service, who was always excellent and friendly. It exceeded our expectations.

I fell in love with this place and I regret that there were so few days to spend there. Private territory, quiet, stars are visible from the huge bedroom window at night, and in the morning coati and agouti come to the balcony. Very soft clean linen, lots of different accessories in the kitchen, you can cook anything. You can drive to the restaurant in Acumal or in Playa Del Carmen. Just an incredible host! He is very friendly, ready to explain and show everything, thank you very much!!!♥️I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The condo was lovely, very clean, and very well equipped. The closest beach, just next to the Sirenis resort, is lovely. Aquiles was a gracious host, always quick to respond, and left us with yummy snacks!
