Roxie was extremely helpful and very attentive. She provided the best service and helped with everything from transportation to booking restaurants, clubs and activities. I would recommend 10/10 times. Thanks for a great stay Roxie.

Newly built luxury villa with spacious rooms and super comfy king beds in all Room (5 king beds total). Very safe and friendly gated community. Very close to centro and beaches

Such a spacious and beautiful home! The gated community made us feel safe and we loved the fact there were multiple cafe’s across the street. There was some construction going on at a neighboring house but we weren’t able to tell unless we were outside and it wasn’t really noisy — no complaints . We were welcomed by Roxie with authentic Mexican food and margaritas that kick started a great vacation! Roxie booked all of our transportation for the duration of the trip which made it less stressful for us. She also made all of our dinner reservations and even when we were running late she changed our reservations to assure we had a table. Roxie is a super star!! She quickly responded to our questions and concerns. One of the A/C units stopped working and she had someone come look at it the following day. I would definitely recommend staying at Villa Ha!!

This airbnb was wonderful!!! We felt very safe in the private gated neighborhood and loved being able to walk across the street to great restaurants. Roxie (the concierge) was absolutely wonderful and helped to make our trip amazing. She greeted us upon arrival to give us a tour and had beautiful decorations and lunch set up. She gave us great recommendations and helped to book everything in advanced. The pre-arranged private transportation helped everything to go seamlessly. She was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend staying at this property and letting Roxie help to plan a wonderful trip.

It was a great stay in this house. La privada is an amazing neighborhood with a lot of green and nature, where we felt feel safe. The house was stunning with 2 private, 1 big public and 1 jacuzzi to enjoy your stay there. Roxi was an amazing help and made us feel super welcome. Would recommend it for sure to my friends and family .

I truly cannot say enough good things about Villa Ha. Most importantly, ROXIE was an absolute dream. She helped us plan our trip for months leading up to our arrival - gave us recommendations, made our reservations, coordinated safe, reliable transportation, and even bought us jicaras at the last minute while she was on vacation. I felt so safe and reassured about every aspect of our trip because of her. She was always available during our stay, made sure our plans unraveled smoothly, and was so accommodating in helping us extend our stay when we didn’t want to leave. She is such a queen and I can’t imagine planning another trip without her! I would book this villa again and again just to work with Roxie. The villa was SO much better than the pictures. It is much larger than it appears on the listing and everything is such good quality. It was very comfortable for 8 of us. It’s right across the street from Matcha Mama and other restaurants so easily walkable. It was perfect!

Erens Airbnb was exactly as described! It was so beautiful, clean & comfortable. Her manager Roxie was incredible! She helped us plan all of our activities and transportation. All of her contacts were so great and we enjoyed our trip so much! Thank you Roxie for all your help in making our trip so fun!

This house was absolutely amazing! One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. The design and layout of the house was stunning. We enjoyed the three pools and safe location of the house. The host Roxie was super helpful and responsive. She helped us with every last detail. Luis came to clean the pool area and took the trash out everyday which was greatly appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. I can’t wait to go back!!!

I can’t say enough about Roxie, our concierge! She handled every single detail, from arranging transportation for all of our arrivals, to reservations at TikTok famous restaurants, to the private chef and Mariachi band (which is a must do! Pricey, but worth it and it’s an experience you’ll never forget). Overall we had a great time! Transportation is super expensive but I think that’s typical in Tulum. We didn’t feel comfortable renting a car and driving around as there’s still a lot of construction going on and cellular service is spotty so GPS might not work. There were two HUGE tarantulas on the patio the night we arrived, but thankfully we never saw them again 😅 so we didn’t make use that pool, but luckily there’s also a rooftop plunge pool and a HUGE community pool steps away that was always empty so it was like having a third private pool. If I had to do it again, I’d opt out of the prearranged grocery due to costs and just grocery shop at nearby stores within walking distance

I loved this house for my bachelorette trip to Tulum ! So pretty and actually bigger than I thought it was. It is not too far from the strip…about 10 min. And it’s a gated community so it feels safe. The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful with everything :)

Eren and Roxy were incredible hosts. They provided us with great recommendations and were always responsive. The home was so clean and beautiful; it exceeded our expectations. This was an amazing place to relax with friends and enjoy the Tulum sun.

I spent a few days in this amazing home and it exceeded my expectations! As the photos show, there is a real sense of well-being that differs in it and the description is accurate. Eren is a golden host and I can't wait to go back to Tulum and stay there again!
