The house was as described, but even better. The views were amazing! This was our first time to Roatan, and wasn’t sure where exactly to land. We wanted access to everything but also privacy. This location offered the best of both worlds. You do need a car, but we didn’t mind because we wanted to explore the island. If you’re thinking of booking, do! It had everything we needed, from cooking to beach towels. We loved our stay!

Really enjoyed the house on the hill. Quiet spot with good views. Everything worked well. Well furnished for what you need to stay. The key is this is a R&R place - great for rest and relaxation.

We stayed here for a week. There were 6 of us and we were quite comfortable. The view is breathtaking and the pictures just can't do it justice. Very walkable or drivable to west bay beach. We bought groceries as well and had all we needed to cook and enjoy some time at the house as well. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at your house. One of the things that stood out the most to us was your attention to detail with your instructions regarding use of the house as well recommendations to restaurants and activities in the area. We would definitely recommend others to stay in your home. Additionally we do plan to revisit your home in the near future.

Great place to stay on Roatan with a family of 6.

We just got back from a week at Roatan Breeze and it was perfect! The house looked exactly like the photos and our party of 9 fit comfortably. The porch is amazing, we hung out there often. While it appears far from the beach/shops, the walk really only took about 10 minutes (just be prepared for some hills!). Overall amazing spot and great experience

Fantastic house for a family that likes to cook. Plenty of space for our family of 5 so everyone could spread out. Kitchen was well equipped and we had the pool to ourselves for the entire week we visited. We had a rental car for the week which was a must.

Amazing host and very cozy home. The outdoor decks were a pleasure to spend time on and the pool was very nice as well. We’ll be back.

Roatan Breeze! What a fantastic place! This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The pool area is lovely. There is a great restaurant that is walking distance from the house and many other great locations that are just a 10 min easy drive. The VEIWS are amazing and morning coffee with a beautiful ocean view was a perfect way to start every day. The House Manager is super responsive and easy to contact. The Owners gave us the best communication before and during our stay that we have ever received from a Host. Tons of recommendations to make our first trip to Roatan an amazing memory for our family. We will be back!

Our family had a wonderful time here. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need and then some… they truly thought of everything. The property manager, Anita, is such a doll. So sweet and helpful. Such a peaceful place and the views were phenomenal.

Rebecca and Rick’s place, Roatan Breeze, was amazing. Great ocean views, had everything we needed in a fully equipped kitchen. The home is beautiful, clean, and came with a lot of extras. Ana helps manage the house and she was so responsive with suggestions, directions, and great ideas. They provided us with all the drinkable water we needed. They had a lot of beach towels, you really will enjoy your stay here. It’s close to West Bay where the snorkeling is amazing and there are a lot of restaurants on the beach. It’s also drivable to West End for shopping, another beach, and restaurants. The community is beautiful and very safe. We highly recommend staying here and we will be back again.

Overall, we had a great time. Beautiful views, the beach is about a 15-20 min walk or 5-8 min by car. Well equipped kitchen, had beach towels and snorkeling gear available to use. The stair landing bedroom has no AC but counts with a ceiling fan, area is semiprivate. No shampoo or soap available for showering. Host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. The drive around the point gets tiresome due to so many speed bumps but it’s a nice walk to west bay if you don’t want to drive. From there, a water taxi will go to west end. House worked well for us with two private rooms and two loft areas. Very nice views of the water from multiple patios.
