Very comfortable apartment with a very large terrace and well equipped for everyone.
Clean, tidy, well maintained, a beautiful place, and we didn't have any issues. Thank you so much for having us!
The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. The The location is excellent, and the resort and beach are wonderful. Communication was very good, and the owner was very kind and helpful.
Felix was a very good host, he responded immediately, the apartment was very comfortable, complete, spacious and with a nice view! We would happily rent it again
The apartment is a bit run down. The air conditioners need maintenance because they have some mold. The furniture and equipment are very basic and low-cost. The parking space only fits a small car and is uncomfortable. My stay was not as good as I expected, and I even left a few days earlier because I felt uncomfortable. If you are looking for a low-budget place, this might be a good option.

Felix is an excellent host and his beach apartment is perfect. Everything went smoothly and communication throughout the stay. Highly recommend!
Excellent service, although there are details to improve My stay was very pleasant, mainly thanks to the attention of Felix, who was extremely friendly, responded quickly to all my doubts and was receptive with the comments I made about some breakdowns in the apartment. However, I consider the price a little high for what the listing offered, and I felt somewhat pressed by the strict departure policy at 12:00. This could improve the guest experience. Overall it was a good experience, but with small tweaks, it could be great.
We rented Felix’s place to spend time with family. The apartment is great, pretty big and has pretty much everything you need. The beach is close by and very well maintained. The pool is also pretty close. There are many activities for kids like inflatables in the ocean, kayaks and water bikes that you can rent. There is also a small market pretty close by. It was great that the parking spot is indoors, since it rained a few days while we were there. Felix is pretty responsive, super attentive and friendly. We recommend this place to anyone and will definitely reach out to Felix again in the future
Great place to stay! Fantastic spot for families with kids. Private beach that is raked every morning and free of seaweed. Ocean level is waist high for adults and kept in great condition. Perfect for a young family like ours. I’d recommend bringing your alcohol and food to cook.
Felix was extremely quick in proactive to answer questions and resolve complications. The place is beautiful, nice and the location of the apartment is perfect: in front of the Blu Beach Club and 5min walking from the market (for those with mobility difficulties, it is perfect!). Clean, smelly bedding and bathing! Well-equipped kitchen.. our 'intercurrences' were the barbecue that did not work, but I activated Felix and he gave us the rent of the barbecue on the beach - it couldn't have been better! And the big coffee maker that wasn't working, but there was another one that solved the problem! We'll be back!
The kitchen was well stocked. I wish we had brought more food from Panama City with us as the restaurant was a little short on menu items because they had a large group that was celebrating an event that required special foods. We did not starve by any means. We Loved the place and we loved all it offered. Our multi generations enjoyed the environment. It was safe for the 10 month up to play along the beach. Thank you Felix for being flexible with us and our big group. You place is great.
