Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Staff was amazing and very responsive. Location was good for our purpose there. Wish there was places to walk to, like coffee shop, convenient shopping.

Casa Halo is a beautiful and looks just like the pictures! While there isn't much around the house, it is close to the beach and town. Our family had a lot of fun in the pool and hanging out in the den. Before arriving in Tulum, Kevin answered all of questions quickly and had lots of recommendations. We asked to have some food at the house for when we arrived and it was all waiting for us. Orlando was there to greet us when we arrived and helped us with everything! He had recommendations for cenotes, restaurants, drivers… Orlando advice elevated our entire trip. And when there was a problem with one of the ACs, Orlando was there to help in 10 minutes. He had someone there to repair it 15 minutes later. Amazing! One thing I would note is that the floor can be slippery, so bring something you are comfortable wearing around the house or grippy socks.

A great spot for our big group of friends- and not too far from all the beach/town. Would def recommend for a Bach party or group of friends!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Halo! The house was impeccably clean and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. We were concerned about heavy storms that were forecasted during our trip, but the host was completely prepared for any weather-related issues. We felt safe and right at home, knowing we were in such good hands. We went to celebrate a bachelorette, Kevin was super helpful and connected us with outlets for decorations, private tastings, boat rentals and beach clubs. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a worry-free, fun and comfortable stay!

Kevin and his team provided a wonderful place for us to stay at for a bachelor party. Kevin and his team were always responsive and very helpful in assisting us book reservations and schedule transportation. The house was very spacious and we didn't encounter a single issue. Would highly recommend

Beautiful home.

Kevin and his crew thought of EVERYTHING. They helped us get to our excursions that we had planned, and Gabe us ideas when we didn’t have anything planned. Staying at this place made us feel safe and allowed us enjoy each others company. We actually cancelled some of our dinner plans one night so that we could enjoy the house more.

Best weekend of my life! Had a bachelor party weekend from Thursday to Sunday with 12 friends and the house was perfect—it’s the mansion of your dreams. But more than just the house (and the amenities, the pool, the comfy beds, insane Dojo room / gym / event space?! and the amazingly kind and attentive daily cleaning staff), Kevin and Oz and the whole team that assists you while there are the BEST. From having two private cars, to getting the best recs for nightlife and expedited entry to the best spots, the Casa Halo team made my bachelor party the best time of my life and I couldn’t recommend their amazing property more.

Kevin’s place was super luxurious! He was also very responsive throughout the entire time as I was planning for my friends bachelorette. He was very helpful and gave a lot of recommendations. It was so easy booking shuttles and chefs through him. The house was also really nice and spacious. Highly recommended for a time in Tulum!

Kevin is such a superb host. He’s professional, friendly, responsive, and excellent at communication. Orlando (house manager) is also fantastic - extremely professional and responsive. These guys truly care about you having a great experience and you can tell right away from interacting with them. They are the ideal hosts to have for any type of get-to-together, celebration or party. Their transportation service around Tulum was a great value for us considering the price and it helped us in so many ways throughout our trip. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Tulum.
