Peter's location was excellent. Highly recommend Santa Teresa as a stop on your Costa Rica trip. The room itself had AC and was as described but it could have been cleaner.

The Ranchos are the place to be! Beach access, delicious restaurant, kind people, and located near surf.

The restaurant / beach access is one of the most beautiful in Santa Teresa, the vibe is great for sunset and chill. My room needs some improvement.

The location of Peter's place is great. Right on the beach in-between Playa Carmen and Playa Santa Teresa. It is walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and grocery stores. It was also convenient to have the restaurant/bar right on the property. The listing itself was comfortable for our stay.

Ranchos Itauna was a beautiful spot right on the beach with beautiful tide pools right out front! The attached restaurant offered unbelievable seafood and great service (just a note restaurant was cash-only) and the cabin was beautiful and clean with its own patio. Peter was very helpful with arranging transportation and either him or his wife were always present for any questions !

Best place to stay in Santa Teresa! Beach access, gorgeous beach bar and restaurant with delicious food and cocktails. Quiet and spacious garden with howler monkeys, lizards and iguanas. Two surfspots in walking distance, pools for bathing just in front at low tide. Great for families with kids. The owner Peter always there when you need him, super friendly and nice! We enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back!!! Thank you Peter and family/team!

Santa Teresa is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve stayed in Costa Rica and Peter‘s place was just the perfect choice. The room includes everything you might need during your stay and even more. The restaurant right at the beach is really chill and fun to hang out 24/7. If you want to eat out, you‘ll reach everything within a few minutes walking. A supermarket is almost across the street. Would totally come back!
