Amazing location, home, and staff!

Super beautiful Beachfront Villa in Costa del Sol. Our family had a great great time. This is one of the few (if not only) AirBnBs in the area that would accomodate larger groups during the Daytime. We were 22 people. Day Visitors. Everybody fit just fine; spread out. Plenty of tables and chairs under the Covered Patio. Hammocks for naps. Not crowded at all. The AC's in each bedroom worked great. Bathrooms worked great. Propane BBQ saved the day. Arcenio and family (property caretakers) were very helpful and gracious. They helped manage the trash and made sure BBQ worked etc. We brought disposable everything out of respect. The Beach front was super private. Clean sand. We felt privileged and would like to return for another visit. John D. from LV. USA.

Roberto is a phenomenal host! He communicates with you and works with your schedule- which you know is hard to Find a host like that on AirB&B. The place is beautiful. Greenery everywhere it looks like a garden in the middle of the beach. Which comes with pros and cons. Con: Mosquitos start attacking around the pool at 4pm - and they are mad! So bring mosquito repellent with you. They slowly go away around 8pm. Pro: It makes the environment cool. The breeze from the plants keep you cool and brings humidity down. Makes the walk at night so beautiful, and whimsical! The people who takes care of the house are helpful, friendly, and give great recommendations. Make sure to Have cash with you to pay for food - it’s easier. The kitchen is AWESOME! They have a fridge and a cooler and that worked great! The pool is good, and had plenty of space for all of us to enjoy the time we spent at Roberto’s.

A very nice apartment, as described in the ad. A very relaxing and super comfortable house, with exceptional gardens. I would come back again.

Had a great stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing description. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in was easy. The location was convenient and the stay was enjoyable. Would recommend and would stay again.

This was our second time staying at Roberto’s rancho it was such an amazing place and we created lots of memories with my family. The kids loved the pool, the beach was spectacular very clean, service was amazing definitely will be back again. Thank you to the staff that treated us with respect and professionalism, always was attentive and ready to help in any way or service we needed. 100% recommend to all to stay with family and friends. The ranch is beautiful and right on the beach. The facilities are just like the photos, and I really liked that there is a lot of green space. The space is spacious and clean. It has a two-story gazebo-style structure right on the oceanfront, which is a plus. Don Arsenio was very friendly and always available to meet our needs. Roberto responds quickly to messages. My family and I had an amazing time. Thank you!

The place is AMAZING and what I was hoping for! Nothing about the place says new but everything was that Spanish Salvadorian style I was hoping for! Clean, the pool, garden, beach front, amazing sunsets you can see from the property, environment was great but what really made it SPECIAL was Arsenio, his wife Roxana and family. They were so HELPFUL and just humble and wanted to make sure we were happy. I have 2 young kids and their 5 year old son and my 2 sons became best friends in about 2 minutes:). I must say that I did not like the idea of having someone in the same property but this changed my mind immediately once I understood I noticed that if my kids made a mess, i turned and it was cleaned. I can not say enough, just a great package! I will certainly go back!

The perfect place to spend time with family and friends on the beach, we loved it. Everything was very clean and tidy. The caregivers are very friendly and attentive at all times. We'll be back with the family!
