Incredible house and perfect location for a Nosara surf vacation.

We just returned from Casa Margaritas and I highly recommend this rental. First a huge thanks to Aaron for opening his home to us. The place was beautiful!! About the easiest check in, Andrea met us at the home to welcome us. Both Andrea and Rebeca were very responsive, reaching out prior to arrival and during our stay to make sure we were settled in. Andrea and her team were great as well. The home is in great location and walkable to one the best surf breaks. The pool is great for catching hummingbirds sneaking nectar from plants.

Casa Margarita worked out great for our 5 night stay with two adults and 4 kids. The pool and outdoor space are well kept and there is more than enough shared indoor space. While the interior living space was not air conditioned, the bedrooms air conditioning systems were excellent and linens / mattresses were great. I would recommend a golf cart given slightly removed from the more active parts of town, but all accessible via a 5 minute ride. House was safe and secure and in line with the pictures. The only item that came up with the house included some ant/bug issues in the bathrooms. However, the house manager was committed to having that better taken care of next time. Camila, the house manager, was amazing pre-arrival helping us with restaurant and golf cart / airport transfer reservations. We’d certainly stay there again.

We have been to Nosara several times, this was by far the most beautiful home! Great pool, areas to relax and super-close proximity to the beach and surfing! Beds were very comfortable, great outside grilling area, clean and modern kitchen. Management team was very welcoming, helpful and responsive. All-around phenomenal week and we’re already planning our return… 😊

We had an amazing stay at Aaron’s place. Can’t wait to come back. Gorgeous home in an incredible location. Steps from a long beach with surfing schools and some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. The home and pool are both gorgeous. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a BBQ outside. Each bedroom has AC and the beds are extremely comfortable. The house is walking distance (or a short drive) to many great restaurants and yoga studios. The management company also sent lots of suggestions about things to do in Nosara. I recommend this home 100%, we had a fantastic stay.

I would give it 6 stars if I could! Absolutely gorgeous home, exactly as pictured. Spacious with amazing natural light, beautiful wood finishes and comfortable furniture to enjoy the setting. The pool is fantastic! The house is fully stocked with all kitchen amenities for cooking and an amazing outdoor grill. Beautiful bathrooms plus an outdoor shower to wash off after the beach. They even had some boogie boards to use. The location is amazing as well - 3 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to the yoga studio, and a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops, can't ask for more. Aaron was extremely responsive and Pablo welcomed us and helped us with any questions/issues we had. Highly recommend this beautiful house in a beautiful corner of Costa Rica! Thank you Aaron

Spent 5 days with my family of 5 at this beautiful home. We loved having the doors opened up and feeling the breeze and enjoying the pool. Beds were comfy and kitchen was amazing with so many things useful items. We would recommend it to anyone wanting an adventure in Nosara.

Aaron was great, super communicative and very helpful with anything we needed. The management team was fantastic and Pablo the house manager was wonderful.

I cannot say enough good things about our 4-day stay at Aaron's home. The location couldn't be better--the beach is a 3-minute walk and there's also a hotel within walking distance that has a wonderful restaurant. The house is exactly as pictured and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Furthermore, the management company was SO incredibly helpful. They assisted us by helping secure reservations for activities and restaurants and having groceries at the house when we arrived--such a wonderful bonus. Would absolutely stay here again.

House is beautiful and property manager Pablo was excellent. Location a little out of the busy area which was perfect for our family gathering. Lots of use out of the pool and the beach steps away.

This house is absolutely beautiful. Super clean upon arrival. Light streams into it…you feel immediately relaxed. Comfortable beds. Well designed rooms. Smallish but well designed pool - perfect for a dip after the beach and the kids loved playing in it, certainly big enough for the kids to play in. The location is pretty much unbeatable - a 3 min walk to the Bakers Beach entrance of Guiones. Very well managed too - Max from Nosara Rentals 100 % responsive and professional. You have to ask to use the washing machine, that’s one thing to note. Top notch experience all round. Thanks so much for having us!

We absolutely loved Aaron's place! It is a brand new modern house with ample space inside and outside, just 2 minutes away from the beach. The house itself is very comfortable and feels open and airy. It has large windows to the back and the front so even when you are inside you have a feeling of being in nature. We loved sitting on the spacious terrace in the mornings and watching the birds and the sometimes monkeys go by. The pool was a great asset too. We also enjoyed being only a 10 minute walk away from amazing yoga classes. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was perfect! Aaron's place is beautiful, peaceful and in the perfect location. Our concierge Max was wonderful and kind. The pool is amazing and very refreshing all day long. We felt well taken care of and as comfortable as we could be. Staying in Aaron's house was a gift and we will be ever grateful for our time spent there.

Aaron's house is beautiful and in a great location - just a few minute walk to Playa Guiones! Perfect for my family to surf until their hearts content :) The team who manages the property, Vacation Rentals Nosara, does a great job and helped us plan lots of fun activities during our stay as well as helped with transportation to/from the Liberia airport and dinner reservations. So many wonderful things to do and see in Nosara and the house is a beautiful and comfortable place to come home to at day's end! We hope to be back again! Pura Vida!

New house, terrific host, great layout. We enjoyed it very much. Only thing lacking is having to share one bathroom for three bedrooms upstairs, but that was fully disclosed. Can't wait to book it again.
