A beautiful place, no neighbors, no noise, the airs work well, the kitchen is equipped with everything, large and cute pool, the whole house for just one is a beauty. When I come back to SJ I'll stay there again 😎🫶🏻

We are very grateful with Belkis's attention. Always attentive and always responded quickly, I quickly solve any details, the house gave us drinking water drums and the truth we are very happy with the stay, the light went off a couple of times but the house has a floor and we always had air conditioning making the stay pleasant, as well as the pool and the beautiful view The house is spacious, the kitchen is equipped, perhaps it is missing more beds or better mattresses or new sheets however the price of the place is quite good with the quality and accessibility to the beaches or to go San Juan del Sur, they occupy a car to be and leave the house.

The place offers privacy, comfort, and a beautiful far ocean view. Clean spaces, with everything you need for a peaceful stay. Ideal for disconnecting and relaxing.

My stay at home hill complied with what was described in the listing , a house with large areas , and that they accept pets was a super plus , the communication with Taylor and Belkis's attention to the housekeeper was always excellent , definitely a house to patch .

A great location. A house surrounded by nature ( hopefully with the road does not change the environment). Many locals Nearby to enjoy good food and beautiful beaches. The house has the diffuse taste of the kitchen and the pool is spacious in addition to the ranch for the barbecue. I would definitely like to come back!!! My son really enjoyed the Weekend!!

Taylor's place is perfect if you want to have that sweet spot of privacy vs easy access to town. It has everything you need, up to and including gorgeous sunset views. You will not be disappointed.

We loved this house because we had our space to relax, with nearby beaches and a wonderful view. The place is more comfortable and cute than the photographs. There is an air in the room that helps a lot in hot weather. Taylor is one of the best hosts we've stayed with. Thank you for having us!

We spent two weeks in Casa Colina and had an amazing time. Very relaxing and peaceful. We brought out 17 month old grandchild with us and it was a task to keep her safe in the outside areas. However, we knew this when booking from reading other reviews. If you’re ok chasing your little loved ones to ensure safety then it’s all good. If you don’t want to be chasing little ones then maybe not this casa. At the end of the time I rated 5 stars on everything. Every request was met and all communication was prompt. We will definately be returning. The view was perfect, pool area perfect and Belkis was great.

The space of the rooms is very good, it has spectacular views and the pool is of the perfect depth, in addition it was very well equipped the interior of the house. Thank you Taylor for letting us check out later, we'll be back soon.

This is a beautiful house with fantastic views and fantastic large and nice deep pool. The center is close and the road on which it is located is super quiet. The house has air conditioning everywhere and the cuidador was very attentive and helped where she could. Taylor was quick to respond and help with everything. For example, the BBQ was burned out at the bottom and he had a new BBQ brought the same day. Had a very enjoyable time.
