Excellent service from Mr. Hector. My family and I felt right at home. The place is as shown in the photos, and we always received answers to our questions. It will be our first choice on our next visit to Cancun.

We had an excellent stay. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless for 6 people. Excellent communication with Hector. Attentive at all times. The pool area is beautiful, for resting after the walks. Outside the condominium, there are places to eat tacos, pizza and pasta, a pharmacy and a grocery store. There is an Oxxo 2 or 3 blocks away. The bus stops right there and takes you all over the hotel area. We will definitely recommend it.

Nice, secluded building w a pool that was beautiful and an escape from the busy beaches and busy busy pools in the hotels. The lagoon outback was a fun place to watch local fishes swim. The staff were all so nice. Rooms were air conditioned, tidy. Hosts are very helpful.

Excellent. Hector is a very kind and pleasant person. He helped us, gave us recommendations for places nearby to eat, responded quickly, and was accessible with the check-in. We felt right at home. The apartment is quite comfortable and has an excellent location. Thanks, Hector, for having us.

The apartment is just as seen in the photos, comfortable, quiet, and there are several restaurants and shops near the apartment. Héctor was very kind and helpful. He gave us recommendations and welcomed us when we arrived at the apartment. I totally recommend him. Access to the public beaches is a 10-minute walk away. I recommend going on foot, as the parking lot is always full. The ferry to Isla Mujeres is right in front of the condominiums. My family and I had a very pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. The host communicated well and was there to greet us when we arrived! Very pleasant experience overall. It was in a gated area which felt very safe and we had easy access to several local restaurants and the main bus line! The bedding was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was clean and easily accessible and we loved the little dock that accessed the side waterway. It’s a great place to stay for the price!

I really liked it. Everything was clean and just like the photos. Everyone was very friendly, and the location was excellent, right across from the Xcaret ferry. Easy access to public transportation. I recommend it. Thank you very much. 😊

Perfect location in the hotel zone, 15 minutes walk to langosta beach and right across the street from the ferry to isla mujeres. Secured and gated place with a parking spot. The appartement was really nice I recommended it.
