It's an impressive place, in a safe area, easy to access, a few minutes from Ciudad Cayalá. Communication with Carlos was effective and the instructions easy to follow. I'll definitely be back.

Truly an incredible place to stay. Huge windows, beautiful scenery and in a nice location. One of the guests said it was the nicest house they had ever been in. Would highly recommend for a stay!

An unusual accommodation! Our stay was very short but we enjoyed it to the fullest. We appreciate the space and the attention received during our stay, the co-hosts were very attentive. We hope to have the opportunity to return!!

This has definitely been one of the most beautiful places we’ve visited. The architecture is amazing, the forest view extremely peaceful. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Only good things to say about Carlos, his family and team.

Beautiful view of the forest!! Feels so private but so close to the safe affluent areas in the city. 2 mins from American Embassy, you can barely see it through the trees. 5 mins from Cayalá, shopping & restaurants. 15 mins from LDS temple!!! We loved the house and the uniqueness but homey feel. It feels more expensive than it cost. My kids loved how they had their own floor and tv area with great views. They even saw opossum walk by the window ledge at night. We will definitely all recommend this house and we hope to return to it. We were at the beach the week before and happened to meet a family that are friends of this host after we had booked the house. We knew we were meant to stay at this house right before flying back to the USA after 3 weeks in Guatemala. The drive to the airport was about 35 mins with some traffic around 9am Monday. Book this place!!!

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. The place was impeccably clean, well-equipped and with a very cozy decor. The location was perfect, close to Cayala city and close to everything I needed but quiet enough to rest well. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to all my questions. I definitely felt right at home. I would definitely recommend it and would love to go back!
