Nice space with ocean views. The pool area is very nice. It's a quiet place, and the hosts are always available for any questions. They are always very attentive and offer good suggestions.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo. Our host, Orlando, was very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, understandable, and helpful throughout our visit. He provided great local recommendations for things to do, golf cart rentals, and restaurants in the area, which really enhanced our trip. The condo had plenty of space and felt very comfortable, and directly on the beach. Very relaxing sounds of the waves while relaxing on the balcony. It was well stocked with just about everything we needed for a relaxing stay, which made everything easy and convenient. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Laura and Orlando were exceptional hosts, warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive, even with our many questions. They provided thoughtful, detailed recommendations for transportation, dining, and local tours, which made planning effortless. Being right on the beach was unforgettable, we woke each morning to the soothing sound of waves and ended every evening with stunning views of Costa Rica’s breathtaking sunsets. I can’t say enough positive things about my stay in Jaco and especially this condo !! It’s situated at the perfect location on the ocean with breathtaking views and just a 2 minute walk you can be in town with great restaurants and friendly atmosphere. The locals are very accommodating and helpful with tourists and never pushy or overbearing. The condo was extremely clean and the pictures don’t do it justice. Orlando and Laura are great hosts and answered any questions I had. The staff and everyone here were all top notch !! Certainly planning to come back but for a longer stay because there’s just so much more to do and see. Thank you again !

Million dollar views, nice pool Convenient location

Had a great week right on the ocean with a great pool! The security at the condo was excellent and they are all very nice! Laura and Orlando (hosts) were very helpful and quick to respond with anything we needed. We will definitely stay there again!

The host provided top-notch support throughout our stay, always responsive and proactive with any updates or notifications. This was our second post Thanksgiving stay. The unit itself was immaculate and well-equipped, making it an ideal home away from home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and productive stay, including a great setup for remote work when necessary. The 5th floor ocean view is exceptional. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and perfectly suited for 2 guests providing all the essentials and more. One of the standout features was the ocean view and access which was perfect. We felt completely safe and secure in the environment, which is crucial for such a long stay. The location was another major plus. It was quiet, yet centrally located, making it easy to get around the Jaco Beach
