Julio was an excellent host. The property offered a variety of enjoyable spaces. The rooms were fully equipped and private, as well as comfortable. The full kitchen had coffee and even an air fryer. Also, the staff who live on the property are very helpful and attentive. We will be back

This stay was for my mother and aunt. My mother said nothing but great things about Julio, the host. Overall my mother enjoyed her stay and would definitely return again.

This place was amazing. It was the perfect slow intro to Nicaragua, arriving here straight from the airport. The onsite hosts Luis and Daniela were amazing. Helping with everything from local food to getting the kayak in the water for my kids. The owner was also very accommodating in adjusting our booking last minute when our flight connection was missed.

Beautiful place! We loved it. Having the lake right there was amazing! Julio responded very quickly and was very easy to reach! Would book again

Excellent location on the Laguna. Outdoor living at its best. Near by restaurants and coffee shop. On site caretaker Luis was very friendly and helpful, would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Julio's. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Super comfortable beds and lounge areas. Short walks to restaurants. We had one small issue with the air conditioning and Julio took care of it immediately. We felt very well taken care of and would go back without a second thought!
