Ernesto and his wife are very friendly, helpful and clean people. They respond quite quickly.

Clean, pleasant place, incredible views, quiet, the room is impeccable. It's the perfect place if you're seeking peace and tranquility. Ernesto is always present in the house, so it's a very safe place. It's not a place where you're 100% alone.

Great place to rest. Conveniently located for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings, with lovely views from the top of the hill. Breakfast was amazing, a mix of fruity flavors and freshly baked bread. The service provided by Ernesto and his wife was wonderful. Ahhhh, not forgetting Pepe, his friendly pet.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Especially the view with the infinity pool and the view of the sea was simply breathtaking – a place where you can immediately relax and leave everyday life behind. Everything was extremely clean and maintained with a lot of love for detail. The two hosts were exceptionally friendly, warm and always helpful, so we felt welcome right from the start. The breakfast was a real highlight every morning: incredibly delicious, freshly prepared and served with great care. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would recommend this place without hesitation. A perfect place for a relaxing break!

We loved our stay at Ernesto and his wife's place. The room was peaceful, very clean and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Staying directly with the hosts was a real plus: their hosting was extremely warm and caring. We really enjoyed interacting with them, their valuable recommendations, and their little touches that went far beyond our expectations, such as the aloe vera cream prepared for our sunburns. And what about breakfast: absolutely delicious! Homemade bread and jam are a must. The accommodation is quiet and relaxing, and we will return without hesitation.

Fantastically quiet location with great views of the sea and the mountains. Rooms of a European standard. Infinity pool is a dream. As well as breakfast with the homemade bread and the delicious jam, coffee and fruits. Ernesto and Verena are super nice hosts with lots of tips. Would have liked to have stayed longer.

Ernesto’s place exceeded our expectations in every way. The location of the house is incredible and to top it off you have a beautiful infinity pool from which to enjoy the view, the sunset and later the stars and the moon. The room itself was very clean and tidy. The shower was the best one we had in Costa Rica, hands down. Our hosts were so friendly and provided lots of tips. The breakfast service they offer is great as well with everything homemade (delicious bread and jams daily) + really good coffee. It’s really one of the most peaceful places I’ve been to. We slept so well and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Honestly we really did not want to leave! A five star experience all around.
