Spencer was responsive and helpful throughout our visit, and the place was beautiful. Easy driving access to lots of beaches + supermarkets and other amenities. Kids loved playing in the pool right outside!

We had a great time in this place. It's a great location to be with a kid as it have 3 different pools to which you have access to. The place itself was clean and the host was responsive to inquiries during our stay. Would definitely go back!

The apartment is just like the photos, and close to several beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The condo is very quiet and family-friendly, we had a great time, Spencer is very friendly and was always attentive to any questions we had! Highly recommended place

We traveled to meet family in Portegolpe, the condo was really close but also allowed us to visit Flamingo, Potrero, Las Catalinas and Tamarindo. Most of the beaches and places are in less than 20 min. The owner was clear with the instructions and available for any communication. The condo was great, good space, comfy rooms and clean and ordered.

The apartment is very nice, just like the photos, clean and tidy! Close to beaches and supermarkets. Great communication with the host! Recommended!

Beautiful location and close to several beaches. Apartment was clean and spacious. Outdoor swimming pool was great. From the window you had a view of the pool so we could keep an eye on the kids. The apartment could be reached via a number of stairs. No problem for us. Too bad there was no large balcony, so you feel more outdoors. Now we have had a nice lunch by the pool.

Spencer was an excellent host. We have stayed in the oaks many times at other condos and always loved it but Spencer’s was the best stay yet.
