For the price we paid, the property is simply not being maintained to an acceptable standard. Throughout our stay, we noticed that the villa is in significant need of maintenance. There is rust in many areas, paint is peeling, several doors do not function properly, and basic amenities such as soap and shampoo were not provided. These are just a few examples of the many maintenance issues we encountered. The final straw was waking up the last morning to water leaking into the bedroom directly onto our electronics. This is not only unacceptable but also raises concerns about the property's upkeep. Overall, our family experience has fallen well below what was advertised and what we reasonably expected for the amount we paid. The pictures do not match the home. I do want to acknowledge that Juan, the staff manager, was excellent. He was professional, helpful, and did his best to assist us.

Everything was amazing! The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the sea—it's a dream. The house is beautiful; it's old but has a 1970s vibe that I love. The furniture, especially in the room I got, was a dream. We had an amazing time. Juan de Dios is the best, as are Alicia and Lalo—everything is better thanks to them ❤️ I already want to go back!!!

The house is located in a beautiful beach area; the service staff is excellent. The house requires maintenance in many areas, some rooms, bathrooms without lights, we did not have hot water.

The house is incredible, just like or better than in the photos, a lot of privacy and very nice views of the sea. The attention from Juan de Dios is great, it helped a lot before and during our stay, the food and breakfast prepared for us were delicious and super fillers, as well as the excellent staff and always very attentive. The house has very large rooms and the access to the beach is wonderful, it is almost a beach for the house (very few people arrive). My family was very happy to stay there.

It was good ! Staff was friendly and helpful, hard to get in and the neighborhood was a bit rough but nothing bad, once you’re in the house it’s great, recommended for sure !

Everything was very good, the house is very large with an excellent view~ the staff of the house were very attentive, especially Juan de Dios, he is always ready to help you in whatever you need! We really enjoyed our stay!

The location of the house is beautiful, the unparalleled views, the service and attention on the part of the staff is unique, especially Juan de Dios and Toñito who were always attentive to our needs. We spent some incredible days and we owe a lot to them. How areas of opportunity I can mention what would be better if I had TVs and audio system as well as air-conditioning and/or fans in the living and dining areas. Otherwise everything was great, we really appreciate them.

Very pleasant stay, the house is super nice and well located. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Due to the hurricane we could not enjoy the entire house, but from that point everything was very good.

The overall stay was great, the view spectacular. The service of Tello and Juan de Dios excellent. I just want to emphasize that the last room (#3 I think) does not have ANY curtains and this is lousy, you are exposed all the time and with neighbors next to the property, you have absolutely NO privacy. Fans are also needed in the common areas of the house. The house staff is very friendly and at all times they were aware of our requirements, I would have liked that good communication had also been with Julian, the host, but it was not like that. The photos don't do the house justice, it's much nicer being there.

We had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb home, which shines through its prime location near the beach. On weekdays, we enjoyed an almost empty beach, which added a special touch to our break. It should be noted that the weekend the beach gets a little more crowded. Although the furniture is somewhat old, everything is in good condition. We felt that the experience would benefit from the inclusion of fans in the outdoor areas and umbrellas for the pool. Matias, the host, was incredibly helpful and allowed us to do an early check-in smoothly. We want to especially highlight the attention of Juan de Dios, whose specialties in the kitchen made our stay a real delight. Highly recommended for those looking for a convenient location and a relaxing atmosphere
