We love Catherine’s condo! The condo is beautiful, comfortable and has a great view of the beach from the balcony. The complex is small, quiet and kept immaculate. The guards and staff are very friendly. It is convenient to the downtown area. Perfect for our needs!

Great location and comfortable accommodations with views of the beach, hills, sunrise and sunset on the beach, with bird watching as an added bonus. The gated community and guards were friendly and made us feel welcomed. Loved the architectural details of the villa and artwork within the home. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Just returned from Catherine’s beautiful condo. It was my first solo trip so I chose it for its location, 24 security, pool and beach options and was not disappointed. It was one of the nicest manicured properties I’ve stayed at and I have been to a number of islands. Catherine was very responsive as was Georgina ( on site manager) and Napoleon the security guard was the best! The unit is on the 3rd floor, no elevator but well worth the walk; view is lovely on both decks. I would highly recommend Jaco, I could walk to the yoga studio, restaurants were great ( tuna!) locals were so friendly. Thanks for everything Catherine!

Catherine's place is beautiful. The community's residents were friendly and welcoming, improving our first Air B&B. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for a great experience!

Amazing location and comfortable place to stay. We felt very safe. The closeness to the beach was a definite plus for us. After spending a morning watching the surfers we could return to the condo for lunch and then spend the afternoon at the pool or head back to the surf. Restaurants and the Main Street are an easy walk away with the best ceviche just at the top of the street. Even though the condo is close to the action, we were never disturbed by it. The gate attendants were very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Catherine’s condo was perfect! It was so comfortable and relaxing, we had everything we needed and felt right at home. The facet in the kitchen was plugged and someone was there to fix it within a few hours. The building was quiet and the neighbours were friendly. Quick access to the beach and a peaceful pool when we didn’t feel like wrestling the waves. Walking distance to good restaurants and bars. We loved it and would love to come back some time!

The property was absolutely beautiful and so secure with 24 hour security. The pool area overlooks the beach. LOVED this place. Be warned it is 3 stories up with no elevator but worth it for beach views

We loved our stay at Catherine’s condo! It was beautifully furnished and comfortable for our one month vacation. The location is perfect. It is right on the beach and very convenient to everything downtown. The property is immaculate and very safe. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Catherine is quick to respond to any concerns. A great place to stay !

Awesome location right on the beach and walkable to all the downtown action! The pool has a beautiful view of the sunset. Catherine was quick to respond and even helped us set up a transport shuttle to the airport. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

A must stay in Jaco! Private, quiet & secluded but easy walking to everything you want to do! Steps from the beach and beautiful sunsets every night. Would recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay in paradise.

This was the second time we stayed at Catherines condo. The location is perfect beachfront and a easy walk to everything in Jaco. The condo is very well taken care of inside and out and is a beautiful, quiet and relaxing place to vacation. Thanks again Catherine we had a great time!

Catherine's place was great. Great location, hardly even used the car, we just walked to everything. The stretch of beach her place is on is by far the nicest stretch in Jaco. Definitely recommend.

Catherine's place was amazing. Beautiful, well appointed condo, very secure and safe. We didn't get to use the pool, because the beach is a few steps from the condo. Also a few steps to the Main Street in Jaco, with restaurants, tourist events, souvenirs, car rental. We stayed New Years Eve and were treated to a fireworks show from our balcony at mid-night from a large hotel. We had a great time and will return again.
