David is a wonderful host who is flexible & communicative, the house is really lovely & very centrally located, and it's a good value! Recommendations for future guests: 1) Due to the heavy rains in CR right now, be careful of the driveway (walk on the grass/dirt to the left vs. concrete that is SUPER slippery with these rains!) 2) If you're not used to city noises/dogs barking, bring ear plugs for sleeping 3) arrange a checkout plan with David ahead of time to leave the keys inside the gate & close the small human door part of the entry gate behind you vs. waiting for him to come in person to collect the keys 4) Ask David to put the right sheets on the beds you will use ahead of time. This all sounds like a bummer, but really, if we'd done these things, it would have rated a 5 (and David gets a 5 anyway!)

This Lovely Cabin was everything I needed and more! The space is open with beautiful views. It was safe and secure. Walking distance to tiendas and restaurants. The host was very kind and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!

The cabin, it's a faithful reflection of the photos, casino everything worked well. We don't try to use the yacuzzi. There were some maintenance details that can be improved on the grill (we also couldn't find the concina instruments on the grill) and a water leak in a toilet, but nothing important. The cabin is nice, rustic, close to the El Castillo Country Club, Bosque de la Hoja and Bar Restaurante La Cantina de Sabina. The safety of the area and the Cabaña itself, we found it quite good and we felt comfortable with that. The host was very friendly and we had no issues during our stay. The value for money is very good.

It is a rustic cabin ideal for resting, with beautiful views and a very pleasant climate. It is well equipped and in a very accessible place on main street. It's spacious and David is a very good host, friendly, and always quick to respond. There are all kinds of commerce nearby, everything is close by.
