Great location, first floor room right next to pool and view of the ocean. Very relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating! Would choose to stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Cozumel. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful reef right in front of the property for snorkeling and great restaurants nearby. The entire complex is very well maintained, with a wonderful pool and a beautifully cared-for garden area. We saw the groundskeeper working every day, which shows how much attention is given to keeping everything in excellent condition. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable, especially for families. We loved the thoughtfully designed kids' bedrooms. A special thank you to Damian, who was an exceptional host. Communication was always quick and easy, and he was incredibly helpful. When we had a small issue, he even came by personally to assist us. This level of care and hospitality was truly appreciated. We highly recommend this place and would gladly come back. It was a fantastic experience!

We stayed in May of 2026. We loved EVERY aspect of the place - convenient but private location, overall amenities, cleanliness, very friendly hosts (before, during and after our stay), accommodations, size of the bedrooms, functionality of the bathrooms, strong AC units, proactive but not at all intrusive property manager (Damien) comfortable beds and linens, available water toys for use, ample closet space, large TV, leftover books to read, relaxing palapa swing, ability to wade onto dive boat from the beach, helpful maintenance man (we needed an Allen wrench and he came through for us), off street parking, location, and the views...oh the views! We are already talking about coming back and booking both floors!

This is one of our favorite places on the planet. It truly is paradise. The pool is steps from the condo and the ocean is a couple of minutes beyond the pool. It is lovely, fun and so laid back. We hope to return next year for our 3rd year in a row.

Our stay was wonderful! We communicated with Damian throughout the week and he was very quick to respond and answer questions and offer recommendations. Housekeeping also came in to clean twice while we were there. Milkbones definitely worked to feed the fish, and water shoes are a necessity - both the beach and the entrance to the water have lots of coral. Towels and water are provided in case anyone else misses that in the listing. My parents are in their 70s and were able to join us - and being on the first floor for them was perfect.

Beautiful location, comfortable beds, everything you need in a kitchen away from home, literally could not ask for more. Would happily stay here again!

We cannot say enough how much we loved staying at this condo. Our hosts were very responsive and there was staff around the complex often who helped with questions, suggestions and even helped us when our son was stung by a jellyfish! Beautiful, relaxing and homey. An absolute favorite was the rooftop patio area, lots of sunsets viewed from the palapa!

We had a great stay! Pros: -beach on your backyard to snorkel. Saw a stingray, a starfish, and lots of fish! -host/manager were so helpful and responsive. We had issues calling a cab on the last day due to cellphone service issues and Damian was so helpful and promptly responsive to take care of us which we really appreciated. -snorkeling gear there: water shoes, fins, masks. -water jugs provided -kitchen had all the essentials to make breakfast -beds comfortable Cons: -WiFi was spotty -can walk to a few bars including Money bar, but need a rental car to venture further Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb. Would definitely stay here again and throughly enjoyed it! Thank you for the great stay.

Nice place. Good instructions. Damian, (The property manager ) was responsive and friendly. Maid Staff was friendly and accommodating also.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Great location, close to beach clubs/ restaurants. Great snorkeling right outside condo. Great communication from the start. We will be back and we highly recommend it.
