Adam’s place is fantastic! I must shout out his property manager, Blanca. She truly made our trip amazing and was super super helpful after our ferry was cancelled and we missed our flight. She made sure that we caught the flight charter that we had booked! Having someone care like that truly made it such a memorable experience. The house is one of a kind. The open windows to the view of the little island out front is just stunning - even on stormy days. Rooms are comfortable, kitchen has all the amenities and the pool is a perfect place to lounge. We even talked to a local and he said his favorite spot to snorkel in Utila is out front of the house! You definitely need to rent a vehicle to get around but there’s great food spots only a few minutes ride away. We will most certainly be returning ☺️ Thanks again!

This was our second time at Adam's place. If it's available, just book it - you will not be disappointed. Pros: location is far enough out to where it's very quiet, but still just a quick walk into town, this is the windy side of the island and this means ZERO bug issues, the pool is a perfect way to unwind at the end of a day diving - it stays nice and chilly and is perfect if you overdid it in the sun, the kitchen is well equipped, the property caretaker knows everything about the house and the island and is an absolute sweetheart, the beds are comfy, private beach right out front, perfect spot for a sunrise, great living room furniture, list goes on. Cons: honestly, you could nitpick a thing or two if you are that kind of person, but I can't list a single issue about this house that would keep me from returning time and time again.

This was our second time staying in this house. It was perfect for our family of eight. The kids enjoyed the pool every day. It’s nice to have the front porch to relax on, if the wind on the back porch is strong. It’s an awesome house. Blanca, the care taker is wonderful too. She is very responsive to any request. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting beautiful UTILA.

Wow wow wow! We were blown away by this property. One of the few times when you show up and it looks even better than the pictures! Something else to keep in mind about this location is that a lot of the big homes on Utila are only accessible via boat, but this house is one of the rare of this size that you can get to by Tuk Tuk. It was just a 5 minute ride to the main drag. The property manager is incredible. She really cares about you while you're there. Book this property without a second thought!

The house is super comfortable. Everything is very clean and pleasant. The view is wonderful and Blanca is always present for whatever you need.

Beautiful place to stay with family. Enjoyed the pool and patio area overlooking the beach. Definitely a place we will come back to and enjoy.

We had a great visit at Rocky Point House. It’s a large, spacious and pretty house with a location that can’t be beat. The pool and the amazing beach front helped make our visit truly outstanding.

Rocky Point House is the perfect place for a family getaway. Adam is a great host, and Ligia the housekeeper does an outstanding job in making your stay as pleasant as possible. The house is so beautiful, and location is perfect. Totally recommended!!

Amazing house in an amazing location. Blanca the house manager is a treasure. Extremely responsive to our needs and really made us feel welcome . Will definitely be back again. I can’t say enough of how happy we all were with our stay in this little slice of heaven. Utila vs Roatan ? Hands down Utila !

A great house in Utila and the pool is a nice add. Location is just outside of town but we were met at the ferry and they brought us a golf cart so it was super easy to get around. Utila is a great place - super friendly people and some of the best diving. The hosts were extremely responsive anytime we needed anything as well.

House is awesome, so spacious. Perfect for a large family. Great kitchen living space with killer views. Utila is notorious for mosquitoes but RPH get strong ocean breeze all day so we never seen one! House was spotless, SPOTLESS! Bedding and towels were excellent hotel quality, Tommy Bahama bedding and wonderful beds for a great night sleep. Communication was 6 star with the house manager, arrival was from ferry to the door. Also a folder of tips about utila which helped us find the Funky Mango which is by far the best food we have ever had on Honduras and would never have found it without Adams house manual!

Rocky Point House is an excellent place to stay. The accommodations are incredible and views are spectacular.
