It is in a great area of Tulum, not close to the beach but the transfer is very fast, minutes away you can find restaurants and cafes, very good.

The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful ! It’s located less than 15 minutes away from the popular restaurants/beach clubs. I appreciated the security at the entrance of the property and limit on those that could enter. I also appreciated their willingness to call taxis! The rooms were very spacious and clean. There was construction taking place next door that seemed like it was a never ending project so we had to keep our blinds down for privacy. The noise wasn’t overbearing nor surprising, after all Tulum is on the up and up. We had some electrical issues with the stove and microwave but the owner was extremely accommodating and checked in on us frequently. Overall, I would definitely stay here again !

Nice stay, quiet.

It's all good. We did a self-check in and we found everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend renting a car to move around. Very comfortable , quiet and safe place to stay.

Corrado’s home was very nice and welcoming. Jacuzzi tub on private balcony, nice! Didn’t get to use though. Filtered drinking water was provided which was a relatively nice touch. Amenities were nice as well.

Excellent stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient location for a great stay in Tulum. We would definitely return in the future!

Definitely a WONDERFUL place to stay. The pool was super clean and relaxing for a day to chill. It’s VERY close and walking distances to places to eat, the main strip of Tulum town, and the security was top notch. We had an excellent experience with getting taxis from the villa, just by requesting from security. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very comfy. The kitchen and living spaces were complete with everything you may need. Erika was very responsive to any needs and with any issues we had, they were addressed IMMEDIATELY. They also helped prepare us with options for rental cars, diving, personal chefs, laundry pick ups, taxis and so much more. They were fantastic.

Perfect location between town and the beach! Erika was super helpful with anything we needed and communicated wonderfully. I always felt safe on the property and also felt that my belongings were safe as well. There was construction next door but did not bother us at any point. The home is decorated beautifully and the landscaping was so cute. Each room was equipped nicely with a spacious bathroom and the tub on the top patio was a cool bonus. I would absolutely would come back to stay at Erika’s place and absolutely suggest you do too.
