Excellent place to go with the family! And the host's service was great. The place is very large and spacious. Great for going with older adults and children. Very close to the beach. You can even walk there. We would definitely come back once more!

During our stay, we enjoyed the privacy and the pool in the backyard checking in was extremely easy. Despite it being hot outside, it was very cool inside the house with the A/C. The host was extremely communicative. Washer and dryer added a cherry on top. Definitely recommend.

Leonidas was a great host! Instructions from the beginning were clear and we felt extremely confortable. The house was exactly the same as the description. we really enjoyed the backyard pool and BBQ area. There are a couple of great restaurants (Vida Hermosa and others) near the house. You can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes and enjoy the sunsets. If you are a very experienced surfer, playa hermosa is a renowned surf spot! If you are beginning and want to try surfing, i would recommend going to Jaco Beach (7-8 min drive) where the waves are more mellow. All and all, we would come back anytime to this beautiful place! Pura Vida! 🏄‍♂️🤙

If you dont mind the friendly bats as neighbors in your roof, the house was very nice, great location and plenty of outdoor space!

We enjoyed our stay. This is a great house and we made use of the outdoor cooking area and pool. Easy access to local attractions. It was great to have separate AC units in each room. We had a very comfortable stay.

Very good place! My wife and friends had a great time and everything was in order, exactly as we wanted. The best thing is the effective communication, always very reliable and convenient!

The house is beautiful, comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The location is spectacular, close to Playa Hermosa and very easy to access. The social area is beautiful and the BBQ space is excellent. There were 10 of us and we all slept very comfortably. We went in 3 big cars and although Leonidas told me that it was to fit 2 cars comfortably, we fit all 3. One thing I was looking for was a house to be comfortable and with a pool, to enjoy with my daughter, the water was always very cold, I couldn't get in, but my daughter did enjoy it. The garden is beautiful and very well cared for. We had a great stay and recommend the house for its comfort, location and common spaces. Thank you so much Leonidas and congratulations on that beautiful house! We will definitely be back

We had an incredible stay here. Not only was it a beautiful home, Leonidas was extremely helpful. Answered any questions we had immediately, answered our call when we needed assistance, and helped us book multiple tours. Made our stay worry free and this house definitely made our trip to Costa Rica one to remember! Would recommend 10/10!

Where do I begin, Leonidas was a great host. He was very accommodating to us. He responded very fast. We wanted a private chef and he gave us someone great. I also wanted a photographer, he also recommended someone great. The house was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. If you’re looking for an air bnb in Jaco, Costa Rica I highly recommend Leonidas.
