The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. The ocean view was spectacular; it made the stay even better. Also, the host always responded on time, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. As an added bonus, the place also has a grill that's perfect for barbecuing, which was a great extra that wasn't mentioned in the listing. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Overall dated and worn furnishings. Large cracked window (ceiling to floor)Leaking coffee pot. Stained bed linens. Horrible smell in hall bathroom and LAUNDRY ROOM. Broken ceramic toothbrush holder left on bathroom vanity in master bathroom. Dead bugs in light fixture over dining room table. Broken dining room chair. Drapes hanging off rods in one bedroom. Unit poorly maintained and not up to par as several other units we have rented in Rio Mar. Very disappointed.

We love staying at Rio Mar and this was a comfortable place to stay in. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Sery was very helpful and responsive with any needs with quick responses.

We had a great time I felt right at home and it's a super relaxed place with a spectacular view I would go back to that place I recommend it at 100.

The place is perfect. The apartment is super comfortable, and very well-equipped. It was a wonderful stay. The hosts were always attentive to our questions and requests. I would definitely come back.

Enjoyed our stay. Host was extremely responsive. Plenty of closet space. Well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, Mr. Coffee maker, microwave, and a 4-slice toaster. Both west-facing patios were perfect for enjoying sunsets, and the main patio also has outlets. A beautiful beach w/ black sand that sparkles like diamonds in the moonlight. There are several pools available for use, and one restaurant on-site that is closed on Tuesdays. Few minor issues: slight odor upon entering. Bring your own hand/body soap just in case. The towels could use an upgrade. The wall outlet in the left bedroom needs fixing. The exterior of the dishwasher was damaged. The AC unit outside the back right bedroom was a bit noisy, but overall, the stay was comfortable. A major concern was the thin master bathroom shades, making it possible for neighbors to see inside at night when the lights were on. I am hopeful that David will address this soon as I do not believe another guest has mentioned it before.

This apartment is really great, we went for vacations with my parents and sister, one room for each couple. Kitchen has everything except an airfryer. Beautiful view.

We loved the place, it's very quiet, safe and has all the amenities for a good stay. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, well cared for and with everything that is necessary. The attention of all the staff since we arrived was excellent. Highly recommended. The Complex has a restaurant with very good food and beach access very close.
