Stayed here for my brothers bachelor party. Would absolutely visit again, assuming he gets married twice. Hosts were very responsive and hospitable. All needs met. Very happy.

Our stay at Los Amigos property was awesome. They were super helpful with booking airport shuttles, providing reccomendations etc. perfect for large groups!

I had a group of 19 and Los Amigos 2 had no issue accommodating that amount of people! Check-in was very easy and the service of the front desk was amazing. They were so attentive so made it managing 19 peoples a lot less stressful. Everything was clean, location was great, and the additional amenities (spa + gym) made it even better. Thank you so much again!

Even before we got there, the team was super responsive with all my planning questions and provided lots of good recommendations, from transportation to where to go. They made me feel like I was in good hands for my trip! Emmanuel and Estefanie greeted us when we arrived and set us up in our rooms early. We had a chef come to the place on the evening we arrived and help coordinate with him before we got there so everything was perfect. Emmanuel was with us for the majority of our stay and was so great; always responsive, very friendly, and helpful with arraigning transportation and even bike rentals. We even had an unfortunate medical emergency and Emmanuel helped us tremendously, keeping our friend safe by calling a doctor. The facilities were very nice, clean, and was great being able to have our own rooms but still being all together. We always felt safe even being a little on the outskirts of town. But great food and shops within walking distance. We couldn’t be more happy with how everything turned out. Muchas gracias for everything!!

Check in and check out process was smooth. Communication with the concierge was quick. Location was about 20 mins from the cenote which made it convenient for our stay

Amazing best vacation would go again Forsure

Stayed here with 16 people total for a joint birthday celebration and it was absolutely perfect. The concierge team helped us plan every single detail of our trip from transportation, reservations, excursions, etc. I told them exactly what I wanted and they did all the hard work. They were so helpful, kind, and quick to respond. The suites were very well maintained and clean. The penthouse and rooftop pool were the perfect communal area to get the entire group together. I would highly recommend this stay and the los amigos crew in general- the service and professionalism is unparalleled. Thank you for making mine and my bf’s 30th birthday celebrations so unforgettable!!

Booked this condo for a group of 16 of us and it was great! The penthouse served as our central location to hang out. The rooftop pool was awesome. Fernanda and the rest of the concierge staff were soo helpful and accommodating and definitely made our trip 10x easier! Highly recommend!

Had an incredible time in Tulum at Los Amigos. The hosts were extremely helpful and so accommodating. They truly made our experience much more enjoyable and I would highly recommend staying here. I would absolutely go back!!
