Amazing condo in a beautiful location. The views could not be better, and the condo was exactly as advertised. Christian/Ben were super responsive and seemed to know what we needed before we knew ourselves. We would definitely come back, and we had the best few days in this little slice of paradise.

Amazing everything. Can’t say enough positive about this place and location. Where to start? Location is walkable to the beach, multiple excellent restaurants, ice cream, groceries, and touristy shopping. The house is beautiful, with expansive views of both the marina and the beach overlooking the Margaritaville resort. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The two full baths on the second level with rain shower showerheads were well appointed. The half bath on the main was convenient as well. The four bedrooms are uniquely situated “tandem style”, so for some this may not be ideal, but it worked well for our larger family. Finally, the access to three beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and a couple coolers were nice touches that saved us from having to rent or buy them while on the beach (where we spent hours upon hours on the beautiful sand and in the surf). My family had a great time in Playa Flamingo. Ben’s condo is the perfect location that walkable to many shops and restaurants and the views cannot be beat. The converted patio area with lounge chairs was my entire families favorite place to start and end the day. There were amenities we didn’t use but I noticed all the little things that would make other families, especially with smaller kids, so much easier. They’ve put a lot of thought into making their condo practical and beautiful.

Ben and Christian were so easy to deal with and accommodating from start to finish. They were very responsive and answered questions for us before we arrived. The location of the condo is a great home base to explore the entire area. We spent time in Tamarindo, Liberia, La Fortuna, and even took a day trip into Nicaragua. Access to the beach and nearby restaurants and groceries was easy. We did rent the owner’s golf cart, and it made travel around Playa Flamingo and to the beach so much easier.

Very clean condo with excellent views of both Flamingo Beach and the Marina. 5 minute walk to the beach using road but road is steep (low price to pay for the views).

Great location with excellent views. Would highly recommend for groups who want to explore nearby beaches. There was a slight issue with the functionality of one of the bathrooms, which wasn’t ideal, but the place was otherwise beautiful and very comfortable.

Excellent place, great value for the money 👌🏽

We traveled throughout Costa Rica and stayed here for one night, though our entire family wished we could have stayed much longer! The 3 and 12 year olds especially loved having multiple bunk beds to choose from. Between the stunning views on all three sides of the home, the close proximity to great restaurants (and two ice cream shops!), and the helpful guides Ben proactively provided, we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return!
