Ileana was a fantastic host. They provided us with a great pre-check in guide and overview of the property. The home is beautiful, and the amenities were amazing (especially the pool!). The staff for the home was wonderful, they were attentive and kind.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Our favorite part was the direct access to the beach. It made the trip so relaxing and convenient. It’s the perfect place to make memories with family and friends. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The Mar&Land ranch is simply beautiful, very convenient, the pool is very clean, and the water is delicious. Anita, who takes care of the ranch, is excellent, very attentive and a very good cook. Ileana is a superhost. She responds very quickly and is very friendly. I highly recommend this ranch.

Excellent place to rest and enjoy as a family. The ranch is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful view of the beach. The atmosphere is tranquil and perfect to relax. We would definitely visit again. Highly recommended!

Our party of 6 (plus 2 babies) had a wonderful stay here! The house is beautiful with PLENTY of room for a bigger group. The house was clean and organized. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature and you can't beat the views of the ocean right in front of you! The host even helped us find chairs and umbrella to rent when we asked, which was very nice of them. The only thing that is out of everyone's control and that is to be expected in the area are bugs. Be aware and prepared that there are mosquitoes, ants and beetles and the occasional small lizard and can get into the rooms. Also, there is no hot water but the water isn't freezing cold so it feels refreshing. Other than that, we had a fabulous time. It really is a beautiful place and would recommend!

We also sincerely appreciate your understanding regarding the insects. Because we are located in a tropical and humid beachfront area, especially during the rainy season, mosquitoes, ants, beetles, and other small tropical insects can become much more active. While we do our very best to control them through regular fumigation, cleaning, and maintenance, it is unfortunately very difficult to eliminate them completely in this type of natural environment. Thank you again for your kindness, understanding, and recommendation. It was truly a pleasure hosting your beautiful family!!

Place was beautiful, right on the beach ,comfortable peaceful. Would definitely stay again . The staff was great and took care of our requests quickly . They do provide food at a cost which is a great benefit. I would recommend to ask for the price before ordering as I felt on one of my meals I was overcharged . With that said this place was amazing and I would definitely stay again .

This is mainly because many ingredients and products needed to prepare quality meals with full side dishes must be brought in from the city, which is approximately 50 minutes away from the tourist area, increasing overall costs. We would also like to share that the food service is a small extra business opportunity we allow for the caretakers and maintenance staff, so they can earn additional income for their families while assisting our guests.
