Very good location, excellent choice for family vacations. The villas are very nice and comfortable. The common areas are super well maintained and have many options for fun: ping pong table, foosball, board games, TV, grill, and pool.

Nicoya Villas is absolutely lovely! We loved the quiet location in Malpais, right across from an excellent restaurant, steps from the beach for sunset, and a quick drive from Santa Teresa. The staff was also really lovely during our stay and went out of their way to help us when we left several things behind. We definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Excellent place for a quiet family vacation, very good service from the staff.

We stayed for a family gathering and overall enjoyed our time together. The common areas were beautiful, and the on-site staff was consistently friendly and kind. The host was communicative and flexible in several ways, including refunding one night due to a flight delay and not charging us for a broken blender. During our second stay after a wedding, we were offered the option to move units because of an AC issue, which we declined, unaware the odor issue had not been resolved. One concern was a strong SEWER GAS smell in the upstairs bedroom on our first night, which required ventilating the bathroom with open windows. This made sleep difficult, as loud roosters and howler monkeys began around 3 a.m. I followed up after our stay but did not receive a response until contacting Airbnb. While we appreciated many aspects of the stay, these issues impacted overall comfort relative to the price.

Maria and the support staff were incredible. We were emergency moved from another AirBnB to this one last minute. They were fully accommodating and truly made the best of an unfortunate situation. This property had enough activities to keep everyone entertained

The place is located in Malpais, a quiet area, spacious and safe parking, with a clean pool, comfortable rooms with everything you need, there is a supermarket a few meters away to buy anything you need and a couple of restaurants nearby, of course surrounded by many beautiful beaches.

A very peaceful place, beautiful and comfortable. Ideal to enjoy as a family, everything was great during our stay.

When you are looking for an unforgettable experience, this is definitely the place to find it. From the first contact, clear and immediate answers, to the smallest details. We felt at home, and the attention and kindness of the Junior and Dunnia admin, amazing . Super friendly and we were evacuated by our doubts and guided us with everything. The super secure location with access to everything. We will definitely visit again. And I would definitely recommend!
