The apartment is beautiful, super well equipped and has an amazing view! Both Saida and Marian responded immediately and were always attentive to everything!

Large house with good spaces. The bedrooms were a good size. We were 2 families with 4 adults and 3 children. The view was very nice from the master bedroom balcony and the dining room. Check-in was easy and Saida was waiting for us. The place was very safe. The pools were nice and pleasant and overlooked the sea. Between the house, which is inside a condominium, and the sea, you can see a very nice forest with many animals, birds, and animals. The dining room was small. It was for 6 people, and there were 7 of us. Regarding the location of the house, I found it far from the beach. By car, the nearest beach was 12 minutes away, and then you had to walk to Conchal Beach for about 10 more minutes. With the heat and children, it's not very pleasant. The beach is very nice, with white sand and clear waters. The restaurants were also the same distance away by car. For Latinos, Costa Rica is expensive. For Chileans, it's twice the price, so keep an eye on your budget.
This place was incredible. The views are amazing. The 2 pools are spacious and clean . The walk to the beach was so serene and exploring the rocks by the beach a delight! The outdoor verandas were so wonderful to listen to the waves and birds. Our host was amazing and accommodating. Definitely recommend.
We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location is truly one of its highlights — peaceful, with amazing views, and conveniently close to several beautiful beaches, which made it perfect for relaxing and exploring the area. The apartment itself met all of our expectations and provided a very comfortable space for our family to rest and unwind. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. What really stood out was the excellent communication and responsiveness from both the owner and the local hostess, Marian. From the initial welcome message to clear directions and helpful recommendations, everything was handled smoothly. Marian was especially easy to reach and very attentive. We did encounter a couple of minor issues during our stay, but Marian addressed them almost immediately, which we really appreciated. Overall, this is a great property, and we would absolutely love to come back again in the near future. Highly recommended!
Beautiful views and sunsets, lots of space, lots of windows, sun and shade area with two pools to access
Our family had a great stay at this house. We loved the beautiful ocean view from the master bedroom and the balcony. We were able to watch gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. The home was very spacious, offering plenty of space for our party of 7 (which included 3 children). Spacious kitchen. Short drive to beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. Safe, secure location. Security guards were friendly and helpful. Additionally, I appreciated the quick response from the concierge in Costa Rica, Marian. Overall, amazing experience! Highly recommend this place.
The apartment was amazing - beautiful sunsets every night, bright space with great views, comfortable outdoor couch on upper balcony, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. The grounds were also beautiful with two pools and lounging areas. Convenient location to visit various places along the coast, and nearby groceries and pharmacy. Very steep road up to the apartment, but worth the views! Seemed like it would be a difficult walk to the beach, though we never tried.
The view is amazing - can’t be beat! So pretty on the balconies. The pools are nice too. The beds are comfy- better for 8 people. The sofa could be upgraded for sure. Kitchen pretty well equipped. Nice cold AC.
Condominium with a spectacular view, the amenities are nice and it has two large pools. The cleanliness of the house and the condition of the furniture are somewhat neglected and dirty.
We booked this condo unit specifically so we could enjoy spectacular views while having morning coffee or drinks in the evening. Not possible to sit on the balcony during the day due to direct sun exposure. However, we were out exploring, therefore it wasn't an issue for us. The unit is well equipped with all essentials, however, the patio furniture as well as the sofa would benefit from an upgrade. The car is a must to move around.
